Newsflash: Girls Still Have Cooties in Video Games
A recent article by BBC News has stated that despite the prevalence of females in gaming fanbases and the industry, there's still little being done to move females away from the Lara Croft and Princess Peach pidgeonholes they've found. One suggestion? Having ordinary female player options for previously existing series and genres to make them more appealing. Source Link
