Nintendo Is Not Amused
Nintendo's legal department has sent cease-and-desist letters to the popular Pokemon news fansites Serebii.net and Pokebeach.com, with plans to send more to other fansites, warning the sites' posting of screenshots of the new Pokemon Black and White games is in violation of intellectual property rights. The company warned the site owners that they have 24 hours to remove all images of the upcoming games from their sites or Nintendo will have them shut down.
