Suspects Arrested in Belgian Kira Case
After three years, Belgian law enforcement has arrested four suspects in the "Manga Murder" case, where a dismembered man was found with a pair of notes reading "Watashi wa Kira dess," referencing the manga series Death Note. Of the four suspects, three are charged with murder and the fourth is charged with failing to intervene. Two have confessed. The identities of the suspects and victim have not been released.
