Game On In California...
It's hard to find a good single news story to cover everything, so this one will have to do. The Supreme Court legal battle between California and the legality of selling violent video games opened up today hard and fast, with both sides giving it their all. Will games be officially protected under the US First Amendment, or will California set a precedent that could vastly affect content and control of media in the United States?
