Yet Again, Hollywood Ruins Perfectly Good Idea
See, this is why video game movies can't get respect. David O. Russell discussed his ideas for his Uncharted movie, and it's not exactly following the actual plot line closely. He shall take a character-driven action-adventure game of a treasure-hunting scoundrel, his older mentor, and the reporter girl... and turn it into a quirky family tasked with protecting global antiquities.
