theOtaku Celebrates My Little Pony Day!
The anime industry owes a great debt of gratitude to My Little Pony. Its art style, story, characters, and look/feel have all greatly influenced both classic and modern hits, from dark samurai anime like Ninja Scroll to more light-hearted fair like Haruhi.
To celebrate, we dub today "My Little Pony Day." In appreciation, all avatars are pony-themed, as is the site's pony header.
