Bioware Announces Mass Effect Anime Movie
Bioware, one of EA's video game divisions, announced on Thursday that FUNimation and Japanese studio T.O. Entertainment will be producing an anime feature film based on the Mass Effect games. Production is already underway on the film and it is currently slated for a Summer 2012 release.
FUNimation CEO Gen Fukunaga also announced it is still making progress on the production of the Dragon Age movie, which it announced last year. No release timeframe was given for that film.
