Samus Aiding Japan
Unless you've been living under one very large and heavy rock, Japan had itself a triple-whammy of earthquakes, tsunamis, and nuclear meltdowns. While things have calmed down somewhat, they are nowhere near done with the aftermath. That's why The Speed Gamers are doing a marathon of Metroid games to raise money for the relief effort.
The marathon starts May 6 at 6 p.m. CDT and is scheduled to go on for 72 hours. All proceeds go directly to charity and Metroid-themed prizes will be offered to larger donations. If you're unable to donate, or already have donated for the relief effort, spread the word to friends and family who might be interested.
