BR Round 1-1: Edward Elric vs. Ash Ketchum
And so it begins...
Remember, this tournament is NOT a question of who would win in a fight. This is a question of who is more deserving of being named the greatest anime character of all time. There's a major difference.
Before you cast your vote, we ask you to think deeply about each character. Here are some attributes to consider:
- Their back story
- Their personality
- Their physical characteristics
- Their motivation and what drove them
- How they handled difficult situations
- Their ability to grow as a person and challenge previous beliefs
- How they've influenced you personally
- Their emotional complexity
- How they've influenced the anime world
The first round of voting is between Ash Ketchum from Pokemon and Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist. Voting ends midnight ET on Monday, May 16th.
