More Casting Calls For Akira...
Casting calls have been popping up for the lead roles in the upcoming live-action Akira adaptation. There's all kinds of neat info you can glean from these. For example, while the roles of Tetsuo and Ky are open to any ethnicity, Yamagata is specifically to be Japanese-American. Myself, I'm just more amused that it looks like "New Manhattan" is going to be played by good ol' Vancouver, BC. Oh Stargate City, so very versatile...
