21 days and counting...
Hey folks, SomeGuy here with our usual annual announcement: we're coming to Seattle this coming April 6-8 for Sakura-Con and want to see you there too!
This year is no different from the past ones. Being one of our site's most successful recurring member meet-ups, we here at theOtaku.com would like to invite everyone out to share some laughs, take some pictures, and otherwise have a good time with people you'd usually only know by a screen name and a picture of a ninja/samurai/schoolgirl/pony/whatever. Being an open environment in a wide open, public location, this is often a good way to ease back the sketchiness of meeting online friends in person - not all, granted, but it's something.
Brave/clever types are also set to receive free stuff depending on what sort of stupid games we may or may not come up with.
Anyone coming out to Sakura-Con is encouraged to swing over to our planning post at our Conventionist World to suggest times and dates for the meet-up.
We want to accommodate as many people as we can, so we need your input!
