It's that time again...
SomeGuy here to give an incredibly expected and unsurprising announcement: we're having a site meetup at Sakura-Con!
As you know, our annual Sakura-Con meetup is one of our most successful ongoing traditions (this year marks our 7th), and we'd like you all to get in on some good times with people you may otherwise only know by a screen name and an animated avatar. As I often say, an anime convention is a well-populated public space and makes for as safe a means as any to meet with online friends you've yet to see in person before; if you're going to be at con anyway, it's as good a time as any!
If that's not enough, there's always good possibilities of leaving the meetup with all sorts of physical, tangible rewards, whether they're DVDs, foam chainsaws, or little tanuki figurines with large... um, talents.
We have a tentative time and place set for Saturday, March 30 at 12:00pm in our usual ground floor space. All continuing planning and such shall, as always, happen over at our Conventionist World. Pop on over for more info as it presents itself and as you, the site member, provide your input!
