Halo Film Series Revealed at Comic-Con
Very exciting news out of Comic-Con. Halo: Legends a.k.a. the Halo movie was revealed at the Microsoft table. They are taking the route of the Animatrix; meaning they are going to be a series of short films in the style of anime. Plus, directors Shinji Aramaki (Appleseed) and Mamoru Oshii (Ghost in the Shell) want to jump on board with Aramaki saying "Halo and it's characters are a very natural fit for anime." Source Link
