yep, the 'draft' if selected will notify your subsribers like it was published, but it won't show up on your profile. for people to see it later, they will have to go to your 'Fan Art' page and then click on a link called 'drafts' to see it. This is for like sketches or doodles, etc. Stuff you want to share, but not really your 'best and final' work, WIPs might be good there too and then you can change it to Published when it is finished!

Anyhoo, welcome to theO! Yup, I'm an otaku legend. I've been here for over 3 years, and spend the majority of my life on here, lol. XD And I've submitted so much stuff, so yeah. :) How does this site work? Well, it's a place to submit art of all kinds, even writing. And aside from that...the most common thing is blogging. On this new site [it was totally redone], your blog is your "world." You can create one by going to your backroom, and selecting Worlds --> Create World, and then you follow all the stuff in there to make one! And when you want to post, you just click "post." Also in your backroom. That's where you find the updates of your friends. :D I see you've already added lots of people from AP etc! I didn't know Dioma had an otaku, lol. Wow. XD But yeah. If you have more questions, feel free to PM me or whatever. You'll get the hang of it! If you so wish it! Some people come on here and never do a thing about it, but I've loved it for so long that I can never leave~

I usually post on MyOtaku, which is the old version of the site. Those updates still pop up in your backroom, but you would have to log in there separately from here, so it's sorta a pain if you're new to the site. :/
