I usually use render since I don't wanna end up altering someone's else wallpaper...just type in 'anime render' in google images and there you have it. You can also try This link, this one too and maybe THIS. Photobucket, imageshack also got anime render..and dor the BG or side images, I also look up for it in Google images...usually I used real life scene..:D

I'm not sure..:D I always search for image and when I found one..I'll think of how to make a good wallpaper and think the right side images for it...so...I'm still searching for good images...:D
