Although I drew the character, I didn't come up with her design, so I filed it under "Misc. Anime". (The image is completely original, by the way. I didn't even copy the pose from anywhere else.) It's basically fanart of Miku Hatsune, the avatar of the "VOCALOID" computer program. She's become quite popular lately, and a piece of text from a news post about her prompted this wallpaper to begin with.
I don't know if it's immediately clear, but the look of the faint text (especially the "directory" at the top) is styled after the standard Windows command prompt.
