I'm not in the mood for writing a long description, so this one will be short.
Widescreen is the best version, as usual.

I don't remember the exact date I started working on this, but I don't have faith in my computer, which says I did it in August. Meh, I think it's been there for at least 3 months >_> Yesterday I was bored of the new stuff I'm working on and looked through the unfinished stuff, found this one and finished it XD

I was extremely lazy and I think it shows. Good thing the vector was already done, I just painted the background and added the textures and sparkles. To explain the mixture of vector & painted styles, this wallie was started when I was crazy about painting; so, you have the painted hair, skin, clouds etc. Matsuri is vectored from this screencap, which was taken by me, and the patterns are from Desktop Anime, which no longer hosts patterns.
