This is a mock wallpaper of "Cell" from Dragonball Z. This is the "Cell" that was used in the "re-enactment" movie, that was shopwn to everyone at the World Martial Arts Tournament just before the Buu Saga to commemorate Hercule/Mr.Satan's "victory" over Cell in the cell saga. During the Movie, Cell yells "Eat My Fireball!" and then shoots a bootleg fireball that is obviously a special effect. The whole bootleg movie is pretty hilarious, pretty much the only reason i bought season 7 on dvd LOL.
