Ok, into the wallpaper details. This wallpaper was made not just me but with two of my other friends and my brother. I seriously didn't know what to make, but i remembered that he was a fanboy of suigintou , so me and my group decided to make a wallpaper of her. To start off, there's a lot of smearing in the wings and some parts of her clothing. We also added embossing effects to make the smear looked... like it was smeared! her hair was like the hardest thing to make. We actually drew it. And finally, we added brushes around her. beleive it or not, she is almost made out of brushes!I don't know if it's considered as a vector but we were shocked by the result.
