Spanner’s a member of the Millefiore’s Black Spell, in the tech department. He’s the mechanic who builds the family’s Moska robots. After Tsuna’s battle with the King Moska, Spanner saves him so he could examine Tsuna’s powers. He also makes Tsuna contacts to help perfect the X-Burner.

The background idea came from the beautiful flowers I found while serching the vectors on Aethereality. Then I saw the lovey garden picture with matching flowers. <3
