So pretty simple bg, but it took some time to vector the scan - http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a398/Kitabug69/Temp%20File/FMAScan29.jpg, as you see I chose FMA. Joyfull and bright.
For vectoring I used Photoshop and SAI (outlining and drawing eyse and some highlights).
