This is a revised version of a Tokyo Mew Mew wallpaper I made a few weeks ago. I was happy with that wallpaper, but I thought that it could have been better too. So I made this second version that tries out a few new effects. Again, the title is borrowed from the Al Stewart song of the same name. Enjoy.
