SO!
For the fans of Psycho-Pass, I'm sure you know why I chose this man.
He's calm, intelligent and commits countless crimes, yet, for some reason, his Psycho-Pass remains low. Zero in fact!
He's just a perfect villain. He's got all the requirements but I also feel like there was more to his story that we have not found out!
Not to mention, he's pretty charming isn't he? ;D
