Plot: Chinami Ebihara has the unusual ability to emit electromagnetic waves, and for her, this is a curse: she has to move often when her ability causes problems, and she can't even walk down a street without interfering with or shorting out some gadget. At her new school, a boy named Kotaro Kan'nagi discovers her power. His scientific curiosity piqued, he decides to study her power, which will hopefully help Chinami to control it. (A-)
