Plot: In a world that is dying, the feared "monster" of a man named Chigusa attempts to assassinate the evil prince and is banished. Chigusa winds up transported into the backyard of a high school student named Rakan. Because Rakan has the same face as the prince, Chigusa attacks him. But when Rakan accidentally makes his wooden gun grow into a tree, Chigusa realizes that he is a Sanome -- a being that could save his dying world. (A-)
