She's a product of Hello Kitty x Vocaloid. Rio's voicebank is under construction, but more information should be available soon.
She's being released by AH-Software, which also released Vocaloids Miki, Hiyami Kiyoteru, and Yuku Kaai.

Lif is a risk we know this so when somthing bad happens to someone you love how do you escape this and find your place of solitude to think things through? To just say a simple prayer or to just think and feel that pain or anger or peace? That's the hardest and you want to be there for the person who is hurt or wounded emotionally or physically. This so is beautiful in the way that the singer wants to try and save his friend's life.
