Brynhildr in the Darkness is a supernatural, horror anime which may give some watchers disgust if they don't like to watch bloody anime. The anime centralize the boy name Murakami Ryota who have a photographic memory. This kind of memory may serve to us a lucky thing cause it may help us to our studies but to Murakami, it is a curse cause it keeps of reminding him what exactly happen to his crush/childhood friend which he calls Kuroneko. In high school where he studies, a transfer student with the very same face showed up and her name is Kuroha Neko. Now there is a secret in Neko's personality, she is actually not a normal girl because she is actually a witch/magic user. With her harness at the nape of her neck, her power known as destruction is the type of power she wields. As the story progresses, you'll meet different witches with different magic. They are actually categorized into different class.

I don't want to be a spoiler so I didn't include the other detail. I suggest you read the manga as well cause the manga (as usual) is more complete. One thing that made me want to keep of watching the anime is the opening. It is a total knock-out.
