Hello there everyone and welcome to HB32's First Impression Anime Reviews! *cheers*
Our first anime is known as Princess Lover! an anime that I have recently got into. Although I am now finished with the series, I shall give my first impression review of this anime to you! Here we go! ^^
Title - Princess Lover!
Episodes - 12
My Rating - 8
Genre - Comedy, Romance, Drama
Themes - Ecchi, Fanservice, Harem, School
Plot Summary (courtesy of Anime News Network)- Teppei Arima is a second-year high school student who lost both of his parents in a traffic accident on their way home from a family trip. His grandfather, Isshin Arima, happens to wield the puppet strings in Japan’s vast economy and demands that Teppei becomes his successor as the head of the Arima Group. To prepare for his debut into high society, Teppei enrolls in an elite academy for the scions of the rich and powerful.
My First Impression - Definitely a comedic anime! The graphics surprised me slightly, as they are somewhat different from most animes I've viewed. There is a bit of ominous foreshadowing in the first episode, but the anime has a mostly light-hearted and passive feeling to it. When I set my eyes on the leading girl in the series I knew the anime would definitely include some fanservice. In fact, if you dislike things like this, I advise you watch the censored version! Although it is obvious who the main protagonist ends up with from the first episode, I was anxious to see how their relationship developed. I really like the theme song! Overall, this is a good anime if you are interested in this type of genre!
