Heya~ I was challenged by Luna to enter the contest, so I got this random idea for my cards. I really wanted to utilize the small square we use to place our individual pictures, while making the background look unique and sorta edgy.
For both the Host and Fan cards, the idea of the silhouette is to be /you/; a figure representing yourself hidden in shadows. The only way to actually tell who the person is, is to have their picture in the caption box. 8D And so, going with this idea in mind, I made a couple different versions of the people depicted.
As for the backdrops, well, I used gradients to implement the shades sorta normally representing our classes. Blue/Purple-Pinkish. I added some lighting effects to make it pop and give the silhouette the feel of a supermodel or something. “Flashing lights~” *shot*
Why did I feel the need for an explanation? Well…because I worked too hard to let people go “huh?” xD; So without further delay, my entries:
