Auntie Axel? Axel Alloy is a member here on TheO. She used to be an Agony Aunt many years ago. This world was set up in a similar way to her old online Agony Aunt posting. She enjoys helping people out no matter what situation they are in.

What is an Agony Aunt? An Agony Aunt is a friendly, non-biased person you write to for advice. (In this case, you'd be writing replies on here.)

What kind of things can I get advice on? Relationships, school, work, even medical problems if that is the case. You name it.

I'm not so sure I want people knowing my business, can I make it anonymous? Oh yes, indeed. Send a private message to Axel, or email her at Auntie_Axel@hotmail.co.uk and she will reply quickly.

Is Auntie Axel knowledgeable on everything? I might have something tricky I need help with. Axel was home tutored as a child and studied many subjects that regular schooling doesn't teach. She is very knowledgeable in the fields of psychology, law, the paranormal (Should an issue arise) medicine and natural medicine. She has helped many people in the past with all kinds of issues, from abuse at school/home/work, depression, self-harm, relationship issues, pregnancy/home birth, colds (Remedies both Medicines and Natural), flu (Remedies both Medicines and Natural) and other medical conditions and even a few apparent paranormal issues. She has even given advice on art, writing, technical issues with computers, hardware problems, cooking, cleaning, child rearing, how to gets a job, how to keep a job, finances and debt problems. Even advice on what to wear on a first date!

What CAN'T I get advice on? Obviously, Axel won't give you any advice on any criminal activity, drug use (Unless it's advice on how to stop), 'how to beat someone up' (Yes, someone asked that in the past.), or how to kill someone. (As tempting as that may be for you to ask. ;) ) She will not do your homework for you (That's cheating!), or write your CV. (But, she will give you advice on how to go about that.) Just use your common sense.

My friend has a problem, can I ask in their stead? As long as you get their permission first. It wouldn't be very nice for them to discover that you'd been talking about their problems to someone behind their back, would it?

Disclaimer

Let's get the ball rolling, shall we?
