Sometimes I think about all the problems everybody has and how sometimes we really feel trapped and lost.

We dont know where to turn or who to turn to. We run circles and worry and cry. Sometimes we just need to be lifted up and we need to BELIEVE that there is still hope and good somewhere nearby no matter how things are going now. Dont be discouraged and never give up or forget that everything happens for a reason and in the end everything will work out.

Happiness

“When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.” - John Lennon

The Girl and the Starfish

One day a man was walking along the beach. He immediately noticed that the shore was completely covered in starfish. They had been washed up on shore due to a large storm. The tide was retreating and as a result the starfish would die if they did not get back into the water. A little girl stood by the shore. She bent over, picked up a starfish and threw it into the water. Then she repeated this over and over again. The man watched confused.

He walked up to the girl and said "Why are you doing this? The beach is full of starfish. You cant possibly make a difference!" The girl stopped a minute and looked at the man. Then she bent over again, picked up another starfish and threw it into the water.

Smiling at the man she said "I made a difference for that one." Then she went back to work.

"There are two types of people who will tell you that you cannot make a difference in this world: Those who are afraid to try and those who are afraid you will succeed.”

A Mothers Love

I found this story here: (http://www.scribd.com/doc/8394964/-Inspirational-Stories-Mothers-Love-short-Story). Think of this and how lucky you are and how much your moms love you. Not just now that mothers day is approaching but always because moms work so hard and they deserve love and appreciation. There shouldn't be just one day in the year for us to show how much we love them back but every day. Well Im done preaching so read the story ^-^
~~~
A little boy came up to his mother in the kitchen one evening while she was fixing supper, and handed her a piece of paper that he had been writing on. After his Mom dried her hands on an apron, she read it, and this is what it said:
For cutting the grass:
$5.00
For cleaning up my room this week:
$1.00
For going to the store for you:
$.50
Baby-sitting my kid brother while you went shopping:
$.25
Taking out the garbage:
$1.00
For getting a good report card:
$5.00
For cleaning up and raking the yard:
$2.00
Total owed:
$14.75
Well, his mother looked at him standing there, and the boy could see the memories flashing through her mind. She picked up the pen, turned over the paper he'd written on, and this is what she wrote:
For the nine months I carried you while you were growing inside me:No Charge
For all the nights that I've sat up with you, doctored and prayed for you:No Charge
For all the trying times, and all the tears that you've caused through the years:No Charge
For all the nights that were filled with dread, and for the worries I knew were ahead:No Charge
For the toys, food, clothes, and even wiping your nose:No Charge
Son, when you add it up, the cost of my love is:No Charge.
When the boy finished reading what his mother had written, there were big tears in his eyes, and he looked straight at his mother and said,"Mom, I sure do love you." And then he took the pen and in great big letters he wrote: "PAID IN FULL"
Crawl (Carry Me Through) by Superchick
How long will this take?
How much can I go through?
My heart, my soul aches
I don't know what to do
I bend, but don't break
Somehow I'll get through
'Cause I have you
And if I had to crawl
Well, you'd crawl too
I stumble and I fall
Carry me through
The wonder of it all is you
See me through
Oh, Lord, where are you?
Do not forget me here
I cry in silence
Can you not see my tears?
When all have left me
And hope has disappeared
You'll find me here
And when I had to crawl
Well, you crawl too
I stumble and I fall
Carry me through
The wonder of it all is you
See me through
When everything I was is lost
I have forgot but you have not
When I am lost, you have not lost me
When everything I was is lost
I have forgot but you have not
When I am lost, you have not lost me, you have not lost me
And if I had to crawl
Well, you'd crawl too
I stumble and I fall
Carry me through
The wonder of it all is you
See me through
Smile
Smile
A smile costs nothing, but gives much-
It takes but a moment, but the memory of it usually lasts forever.
None are so rich that can get along without it-
And none are so poor but that can be made rich by it.
It enriches those who receive, without making poor those who give-
It creates sunshine in the home,
Fosters good will in business,
And is the best antidote for trouble-
And yet it cannot be begged, borrowed, or stolen, for it is of no value
Unless it is given away.
Some people are too busy to give you a smile-
Give them one of yours-
For the good Lord knows that no one needs a smile so badly
As he or she who has no more smiles left to give.
