Mariah

Chapter One
My life has been the most normal thing ever that it's scary... I've always wanted something to do, something to spice things up...But I never thought that I'd get something this big. It all started when I was about twelve. I had no clue what was in store for me...
I was on my way to school, same time, aroun sevend thirty, walking there, so glumly. "Hey! Clair! Wait up!" my best friend, Mary called to me as I was walking to school. "So, what's the plan for today?" she asked. "Nothing...Nothing thats new anyway." I replied. "Whaaa? Whats wrong with you all of a sudden?" Mary asked. "Its just that..." I stopped at the corner. There was a long vow of silence, then I turned around, feircly, and angrily, I was so annoyed with life. "I'm sick and tired of living like this! We do nothing interesting! It's the same thing everyday! We're just going in circles! I'm tired of it, and I want something to do, Mary! Aren't you tired of doing the same exact thing everyday!?" I shouted, frowning. Mary was silent for a while. "Yes..Yes I am..But, what can we do about it? We live in a boring time, in a boring place, surrounded by boring people... To tell you the truth, Hesinburg is supposed to be 'The American Dream' kind of place-the Subberbs...We can't do much to change that-its been like this since before we were even thought of..." Mary replied. "Yeah well...It needs some spice."
That day, when I got to school, I realized how well I knew my little town. I could proboly make a map of it with my eyes closed-same goes for my school. "Guh!! I'm so bored! Theres never anything to do around here!" I complained. "Like I said, there's not much you can do about it." Mary replied. I tried my hardest to get the school to have a few changes, but nothing ever happened...They just blew me off. Then, one amazingly, un-oridanary night at dinner, mom and dad made their announcement. "Kids...What's the best thing that could happen in this family?" my mother asked. "To move to a place where its not boring..." I said glumly. "Cloose, but no." "You're pregnant, aren't you?" I asked my mom, sad on how predictable it was. "Y-yes..How did you know? I'm not fat, am I!?" My mom asked. I sighed. "No..The way you asked us is so orginal. I knew what it was the second you asked us. By the way, how is that close?" I replied. "Well... Your father and I are going to have another son or daughter, but if so, then we are going to need to move to a less expensive place, with more bedrooms." Mom answered my question. "So, we're moving!?" Alex, my little brother asked. "Yes we are." Dad replied.
When I got to school the next day, I told Mary the news. "Well...It looks like you're wish came true...You're going to a better place than here." Mary said, as she was sitting on the grass, in our corner. "Yeah, but..It's just so sudden." I said. "When are you leaving?" asked Mary. "Friday." I replied, "At two." "Well...That sucks..." Mary replied, "Im ganna miss you, its so....sudden." Mary sounded confused, and amazed, but so did I.
The fallowing days before I moved went so slowly, but when I woke up, it seemed to have gone by so quickly. It felt great knowing that I was going to have some fun somewhere, but I felt bad for leaving all of my friends in this pit of boredom town. The Friday finaly came, and I felt...nervous. I got into our van, and we drove for a while. We had a loooong day, and P.E. was hard, because we ran laps because Dylan the smart mouth wouldn't shut up, then we had to play dodge ball. So, I fell asleep about fourty minutes into the car ride. Those were the longest fourty minutes of my life. When I woke up, it was around five o'clock, and the car was infront of a house that was still large, but smaller than our old hose. It was made of old wood. You could tell that the house was painted....one time..a while ago. There were windows-but they were filthy, and the shutters were the same as the house-old. The door was matching the house, and the door knob was pretty much gone-it was almost to rusted to turn. "Well...Here it is, the fixer-upper your mom and I have been wanting to occupy ourselfes during the day with." my dad said. "In the small, yet running town of Brownsville, Massachusetts." Mom added. "Brownsville...Why does that sound...so...familiar?" I whispered to myself.
I looked up to the top window, still standing my the car door. I could've sworn that I saw something looking down at me. I quicky rushed to the house, afraid that my little brother would pick a really cool room-or one that is hidden, or one that I would want (and proboly deserve). But as I was running, I stopped, filled with some strange feeling...Like...I was being watched. "It's an old house, in a completely new location, you're going to feel strange." I told myself, walking forward. I walked upstairs, wich, creaked, and down the hall. I found my room. It was big, and still felt cozy.
Dad immediatly began to work on the house. First, he started on the pipes, then he moved on to the looks. The oustide was painted white, same for the inside. Mom and Dad's room was white, Alex's room was a light blue, and my room was plain white. I didn't choose what color I wanted my room to be just yet. We replaces all faucets, door knobs, and hindeges (wich were a yellow gold, but not real gold, obviously). But everything still creaked. I was washing the windows, when I noticed-I haven't explored the house as much. I decided, that because I was done with my chores, mom and dad were at the hospital, and Alex was at the day care, I was going to explore. Dad got a lot done in two weeks. I walked around the house, and found nothing new. So, I decided to go outside and check out whats in our mysterious, and huge backyard.
It was big, and led into woods-the deep woods. I was walking around in the woods, when I heard something behind me. A twig snap? No, it was heavier, even though, that was what I heard. It sounded like there was something heavy on that twig. I turned around, to see nothing. So, I kept on walking. I walked about five or six feet, and saw something strange in the middle of the woods. "What is a shed doing so deep in the woods?" I asked myself. I went into the building, and it smelled, real bad. Like dust that was collected for years. I felt so uneasy in the shed. I could barely see anything. The old shed was the same as the house before we fixed it, and it was also the same smell, but that weird feeling was stronger.
I suddenly felt so scared, and couldn't breathe. I was overcome by a great, horrid smell. It smelled like something was rotting. Sworms of flies filled the old building. I began to gag, and I eventually fell to the ground, chocking, gasping for air, but with every breath, I felt that my lungs were getting filled with some toxic gas that would not leave. I stood up, and limped to the door, leaving the shed. The second I stepped foot out of that shed, I everything stopped. I gasped, deeply, for fresh, crisp, clean air. The wonderful smell of ataumn filled my lungs. I ran into my house, completely afraid. I had no clue what was going on, but I felt terribly scared. I was shaking, and couldn't breathe. I was so scared, that I didn't even take time to enjoy the crisp air of fall.
I went into my room, and slammed the door shut. I backed away from the door, to my wall, and sat down. I began to cry. When I heard the car pull up into the drive way, I cleared my face, throught, and blew my nose. I fixed my hair, and grabbed a random Goosebumps book from my book shelf, opened it to a random page, and plopped down on my bed so no one knew what happened. I decided right away not to tell anyone. I would get introuble for going to the deep woods without anyone's permission, and they wouldn't believe me.
That night, I went to sleep on my soft bed, with my feathered pillow, and cozy blanket. I decided that the whole event was in my head, seeing how it seemed so unreal, yet still pretty real. And if it was real, I had perfect explanations; The smell: It's old-its going to have some kind of smell. The flies: the terrible smell atracted them. The strange feeling: Its an old building deep in the woods, I was alone, and it was getting dark. The choking and gagging: thats just how terrible the smell was. Everything stopping the second I got out: the building was the cause of it all, so its kind of normal slash obvious that that would happen. Right before I drifted to a deep sleep, I heard a small whispery voice "Kim."

Chapter Two:
I woke up, quickly, to what felt like some one shaking my bed. It was kind of weird, but I ignored it. I got ready for school, and got on the bus. I got into school, and felt like I had Deja Vu. When I got inside my class room, I noticed some one in my chair. "Um. Excuse me, not to be a bother or anything, but you're kinda in my seat." I said to her. She had short breowen hair with bangs and brown eyes. She was wearing a sky blue T-shirt with a silver heart splattered on it, over a blue sweater, and jeans. "Oh, sorry. I'm new. Mrs.Kelenburg told me to sit here." she said, removing her things from under my desk. I pointed to the desk next to mine. "She probobly ment that desk, no one sits in it." "Oh.Duh." she responded. "By the way, my name is Kim. What's your's?" I got kind of wide-eyed. 'Major Deja Vu, man.' I thought. "My name is Clair." as I said that, the bell rang, and Mrs. Kelenburg told us to settle down so we can start on science.
The subject of the month was something that had to do with the mind. I wasn't paying attention much, I was just staring blankly into space. Until Mrs.Kelenburg said something about dreams and how we can sometimes make things feel or seem like they are there, when they are indeed, not. Somehow, that got me onto my little adventure that I had in the woods. Before I knew it, it was lunch time. When I got to my empty table (I have yet to make friends), I noticed that Kim was comming twords me. "Hey, you forgot your pencil." She said, sitting down, as she handed me my pencil. "So Clair, do yo believe in ghosts?" "Yeah." I said. We began talking about ghosts, and stories we heard, and a bunch of other things. Before I knew it, I was giving her my phone number, and walking home from my bus stop.
When I got into the house, no one was there. "Mom and Alex are at the dentists, and Dad is at work."I reminded myself. I went into my room to do her home work to realize that my room was a mess. I never have a messy room, its always clean, and I take good care of it. I could only assume that it's Alex who messed up my room. "No. Alex has been in school all day, and is now at the dentist's, and he left for the bus stop before me. So then...Who-" I was inturrupted from a noise. I quickly ran downstairs. I thought I saw some one messing with the drapes, but no one was there. Although, the drapes were still moving. The door leading to outside open, and then shut. I was stunned. Somethig told me to go outside.
When I got oustisde, I began to head to the back yard, almost uncontrolably. I began to run, I had absoulutly no clue why, but I felt that I had to go to the shed. I was frantic, like it ment my life if I didn't go. When I got to the door, just before I touched it, I suddenly topped. I was panting...Was it fear? It took me a while to bring the courage in me to touch the door to get in, but I did it...And it was horrindous. When I got inside, there was a girl, with long and curly black hair. When I ran to her (even though I had no clue as of to why I did so), she wasn't there. I just told myself that it was the dark playing tricks on me.
I got back to the house, and mom and dad were just pulling into the drive through when I got upstairs in my room, as I pretended to do my homework. I decided to go to bed early that night, so I could wake up early. I had no reason for wanting to wake up early, but I just felt like I should. I went to bed around eight, and had a great headache. So, I took some asprin before I went to bed. As I fell asleep, I thought I heard a voice "Help me..." it called.
I had such a weird dream, only to wake up, and not remember anything. All I could remember, was some one saying th go into the shed-there I would find the hidden truth. Then I thought about the night before. I decided that Kim was important when it came to my incredibly weird situation. So I decided to try to figure it out.
When I got to school, at lunch, I asked Kim, "Why did you start talking to me about ghosts yesterday? Do you ask everyone that?" Kim smiled, and then replied "Why you ask?" It was then and there that I knew it. She knew something. "I...Strange things have been happening in the new house I moved into not to long ago-really strange things. "I know." Kim replied. I was kind of scared by her response. "You had some kind of heavyness with you. I was just making sure you knew about it first." Kim replied. "I see...Can you come over tomarrow after school? I have something to tell you that I'd rather tell you at home." I told Kim. "I understand."
The rest of that day was...weird..I felt that, no matter what I was doing, or where I was, I couldn't...Breathe. I was physically able to breathe, but I felt that I was being closed in my something. Even when I was outside. That night, when we were eating dinner, I asked if Kim could spend the night over, it was a yes. It was perfect because mom was going to go to the hospital, dad was at work, and Alex was going to be at friends. I had to force myself to go to bed.
That night I woke up at three am. For whatever reason, I was wide awake, and could not get to sleep. Even though, I went to sleep late. I was walking down the hall, and I noticed some one at the bottom of the stairs. "A-" I was about to call out to the figure as Alex, when it clearly, was not. It was the same figure from the shed, and my dreams. I couldn't handle it anymore, I had to do it. "Why!? What do you want from me!?" I shouted, terrified, and annoyed. "Help." was all it said back.
Then, she got wide-eyed, and I flet something breathing down my neck. I felt like someone-or something wanted me dead, hated my guts. It all happened so quickly, the next thing I knew, I was in the air, and I fell, down the stairs. I was at the bottom, badly hurt, my ribs felt like they were broken, and I could not breathe. I replayed what happened back in my mind.
First, I woke up at three am, and began to walk down the hall to go to the bathroom, then I saw the figure from the shed, and my dreams, at the bottom of the stairs, and I was pushed down by something. It was not the figure from the bottom of the stairs, for she stood there until after I hit the ground....Then...What was it?I was in such pain and agony, and was to hurt to move. I began to think that I was loosing my mind, and I fell asleep, right then and there. I felt so worn out. As I fell asleep, I heard a terrible, evil laughter that sent chills through out my body.

Chapter Three
I woke up around six am, and was still on the floor. It hurt a little bit to move. I wasn't dead, and I was able to breathe just fine. I lifted my pink long-sleeved button up shirt to see the damage. I had bruises all over my body, my arms, and my face. I quickly got dressed, and used make-up to cover the bruises. I was wearing a sky blue shirt with a silve heart that looke like it was made their by splattered silver paint, over a cearelian sweater, some jeans, and my sneekers. I went into the bathroom, and used make-up to cover the bruises as much as possible. I didn't want to tell anyone, because they would think that I was crazy, and I didn't want the teachers thinking that some one at home was beating me.
I had gym in the morning on Fridays, bad for me, I didn't have the good make up that lasted all day, one drop made it all melt away like a snow cone in August. I had forgotten about the make-up and bruises. When I got to the class room, Mrs.Kelenburg wanted to talk to me outside. "How did you get those bruises?" she aksed. I was calm, not to raise suspicion. "Guh...My little brother had his toys out, and I stepped on one of his trucks, and fell down the stairs. But, I'm okay." I replied. I told everybody that asked me what happened that story....Except for Kim.
"What really happened? And tell me the truth, not this 'I fell' crap. Even thought is IS likely." Kim said, taking a bite of her p.b. and j. "I....I was pushed....I woke up at three am, and I was pushed down the stairs. I saw the same figure that I've been seeing for so long. But it wasn't her who pushed me, she stayed in that same spot, until I already hit the ground." I said. "I see...Thankfuly, I'll be prepared." Kim said. "Have you told anyone else?" she asked. "No. I don't want anyone to think that I'm crazy." I replied. "Thats perfectly normal, I understand." Kim replied.
When Kim got to my house we did nothing that had to do with the wierd happenings, until Everyone was asleep. At twelve am, Kim turned to me, and said "Now, let's begin." "Why at twelve?" I aksed. "Because, twelve am, and three am, is the time when activity usually takes in most." she replied. "When did it all begin?" I told Kim everything. She decided that it was best to go into the shed. I refused to, at this hour, so then she said that we could do it early in the morning, when no one is awake.
We ended up watching scary movies, and telling stories of some of our dumbest moments. "One time, I forgot where my room was at my old house." I said, laughing. "Oh my god! You tard!" Kim replied. "One time, I was on the internet, and there was this picture of two guys, who looked real badass, and it said something, but I couldn't read it, so I like...had to turn my head to read it, it ended up saying 'on our own'." Kim said, laughing. Its fun to laugh at our own stupidity.
I crashed on the couch around two fourty five am. I had a strange dream, I was running, but all I could see was what was ahead of me. I ran inside the shed, and then fell on the ground. I turned around, but when I did so, the 'camera veiw' changed to face who was on the ground, looking up at some one. She had long, thick, black, curly hair. Her eyes were filled with fear, she was crying, and out of breath. She looked terribly afraid. What was she runing from? I saw shadows, and the girl... She screamed, then it all stopped. There was blood splattered all over the wall. There was a man, he fell to his knees and began to cry. "Im so sorry. Please...Forgive me." he pleaded.
"WAKE THE HELL UP ALREADY!" Kim shouted to me, I shreiked and fell off the couch. "Smooth." Kim replied. "What happened?" she asked me. "Don't be so loud, mom and dad may sleep like a rock, but I don't want to wake up Alex." I warned Kim. "Sorry." she apologized. I told her about my scary, and realistic dream. "Kim...I think...I think she was murdered." I told her when I was finished telling her about my dream. "Well....Seeing how you saw what you saw....Its definitly a possibility." "What time is it?" I asked. "It's four am, but its still dark out. I got some flash lights. Let's go to the shed." Kim said to me. If I wanted to find out what was happening, we needed to explore. "Okay." I said. I got my hoodie, and shoes, and went outside. I was still wearing what I wore to school.
I went to the shed, and I seemed safer with Kim there. I geuss its because the dreams told me that I would be safe with her...But still...What gift does she have? I was looking around on the ground, looking for anything, picking up anything, and moving stuff around. Then, I saw something that I didn't expect to see in the shed-a picture. It was a pictures of a girl with long thick black curly hair. She was wearing a gold and black dress. The sleeves of the dress were black, and the bust part (wich was about all I could see) was gold. It was the same figure that I've seen so many times here. I turned it around, and was completely shocked at what it said...

Chapter Four
On the back of the picture, it read in cursive "Mariah In order to save her, I must hurt her. Dated: 1/19/1985" My eyes widened at the thought of some one being murdered. It all made since. The girl that I've been seeing was around my age, fourteen at the most, and her father, murdered her, in order to protect her from something worse...But...what? "Kim...Come here, look at this." I called to Kim. She walked over, and read it. "What do you think happened?" she asked me. I told her my theory. "What makes you think it was her father?" Kim questioned my logic. "Well...The shadow in my dream was a man, about thirty-two. It was some one close to Mariah." I replied. We continued to find things. We found a white flat shoe, a gold and black braw, and a knife. "Do you think...She was rapped?" Kim asked.
"No...She wasn't." I held the picture up. It was part of the dress. "The man swung the knife at her, but she moved in just the knick of time, and it cut off part of her dress." I thought outloud. "That seems logical." Kim replied. We continued to look around, and then we saw it...The murder weapon. It was on the ground, it was verry rusted, but, there were still parts that I could see the blood on it. It preserved well. Then, the roof kind of caved in, and there was a little bit of sunlight. In the sunlight, stood Mariah. Kim and I just stood there. She dissapeared, and we headed back to my house. It was five am, and we were beat.
Before we went back to bed, I recapped on our theory. "So...Mariah is a younge girl who was murdered by a male, about thrity-two years of age. He murdered her in order to protect her from something worse. While she was running away, he swung at her, and it barely missed, cutting off some of her dress. Also, she tripped, and thats where the shoe came from. The murder weapon, was obviously a knife....But her body is yet to be found, and we have no clue who murdered her, and what he was protecting her from." "Pretty much." Kim responded, "I geuss we'll figure that out some other time." Then we dozed off.
I woke up, and it was two in the afternoon. Kim was dropped off at her house, and I went to the library. I had to do some homework, or so I told mom. That we were reading a book about a murder case in language arts, and we had to find our own murder cases. I was really looking for as much information as I could on Brownsville Murders. I found her.
Mariah Brown went missing in January, was never found, and presumed dead. Her father, hung himself, leaving a note saying 'Please forgive me...He made me do it.' a few months after Mariah's death. No one knows what he ment, but everyone thought that he was crazy. He said that there were voices telling him to do things, he was put on medication, but it never got better. Janet, Mariah's mother, died giving birth to her.
"Who is 'he'?" I asked myself. I wrote down as much information as I could possibly get. Wich, wasn't very much. My house was known as the Old Willsons Place. I got as much information on our house as possible. I came accross a book, "Houses of Brownsville." It read. I opened it, and found my house, twords the back. What was held in my house hit me like a ton of bricks. I got wide eyed. "What?" I said. I checked out the book, and called Mom to pick me up.
I called Kim, and told her the news. "Yeah. It turns out, Mariah went missing, and they never found her. Her father killed himself a few months after she was presumed dead, and left a note saying 'Please forgive me, he made me do it." "What? Who made him do it?" Kim asked, confused. "Exactly. But, get this, they say that he said voices were telling him to do things." I informed her. "Woah. Wait...Whose 'they'?" asked Kim. I sighed. "They, as in the towns people, slash the people slash person who wrote the book, you tard." I said. "Oh...Duh. Anything else?" asked Kim.
"Yes...The people who lived in the house before the Browns, were the Willsons." I siad. "No dip, Shurlock." Kim said. "Just let me finish...They were Satanists."

Chapter Five
"What?!" Kim was shocked...Or was she? "No wonder...It all makes sense...Next Saturday, I'm comming over again, okay? Its about time I tell you something." Kim said to me. "O-okay." I responded. "Crap....I gatta go do the dishes, well see ya." Kim said. "Bye." I responded, then we hung up. " What does she mean by 'No wonder...' What Makes sense? What does she have to tell me?Am I haunted, or is it just the house? Why am I the only one being effected by all of this in my family? Who was Mr.Brown talking about when he said 'he made me do it?'" I aske myself. With all of these thought racing through my head, it gave me a bit of a headache after a little bit. I drank some cold water, ate dinner, did my chores, read a new chapter in my Goosebumps book, and called it a day. If only my day ended with my slumber...
I had another dream. This time, I was the man-I saw what he saw. It was horrible....It made me want to die, the look in the monster's cole eyes. His skin was as white as snow, his eyes as black as cole, and his mouth....his mouth was full of sharp teeth, and he had sharp claws that could rip apart flesh like paper. I was absoulutly terrified. I've heard many ghost stories, and I know a lot about ghosts, especaily now that I've met Kim. It was three am when I woke up...Wich ment, for the next hour or so, my life was going to be hell, and I would not be able to go back to sleep.
It turned out, that Kim saw ghosts-was a medium, and she felt a heavy presence on me, and wanted to help. Thats why we became friends. She also knew that there was a demon, and that the demon was partly the reason as of to why Mariah and her father did not pass on to the other side. She knew all along. She was going to wait until I told her about the demon myself so that way I didn't freak out before anything major happened.
I had it all figured out...When the Willsons moved out, they left this horrid demon here, and it made the Browns' lifes hell...Her father was protectiong her-and possibly her sould from the demon. He loved her dearly, so he murdered her in an attempt to save her from true hell. He had no choice, living in poverty, and no other family to take her for a while. My thoughts were interrupted with a scream. The first thing to come to my mind..."Mom!" I shouted. I ran into my parents room, ignoring all vision of things weird on my way there. Mom was on the ground, screaming. "Clair...Clair sweety, your sister wants to come home." Mom said to me. I got wide-eyed. And began to freak.
Thank god dad came out of the bathroom, and drove mom to the hospital while he was still in his pajamas. ALex and I were left home, and told to go to sleep. When mom and dad pulled out of the drive-way, I heard Alex, my little brother scream. "ALEX! NO!" I shouted. I ran upstairs, ignoring how scared I was, and there I saw it, the demon, hovering over my brother.
That was the last straw...You can mess with me all you want, but leave my family alone. "GET AWAY FROM HIM!" I shouted, running twords the demon, who, dissapeared. I was foolish to do such a thing. I flew out the window, and hung on the edge of the window. The only reason I got that ledge, was because a large piece of glass was in my hand. I hung on for my life, terribly afraid of falling, and afraid that I would not be able to save my family from this demon. "ALEX!" I shouted. "ALEX!" I shouted once more. No respond. Then the thought came to me...'I cant do it....I've failed...He got Alex....My sweet brother...No...There was so much....so much for him to do...Its all my fault...I wasn't quick enough....I didn't tell anyone....It's all my fault.' With every thought, I loosened my grip. Then, I saw her. "Mariah.....Im so sorry." She looked sad. "Don't give up. You don't have to die. Alex isn't gone...Hes in the addic." she spoke to me. "What? Hes alive!?" with that, I raised myself, and got cut up more, but I still ran, I had no clue how to get to the addic, so I fallowed Mariah.
She went into the kitchen, and through the wall. I looked at the wall...And saw it. There was a door-It was hidden my the wall paper, ment to be hidden, so when It was opened, nothing was damaged. I opened the door, and I walked up the long stairs. With each step only making the pain worse, I still went up, to save my baby brother. I opened the door ahead of me, and saw the attic for the first time. It had so many things still in it, and a carpet with a pentagram on it. I called for my little brother, crying. Hoping he was okay. "Alex! Alex, please!" I shouted, tears running down my cheeks. Was it from pain? Or worry? "Clair!" Alex shouted. I turned around, and he came frum under a sheet that was covering a chair. I began to cry, and hugged Alex, even thought it hurt so badly too. we went into my room, and we sat down on my bed. "Alex sweety, we have to lie. I'm going to fix it. I'm going to tell mom that I tripped over dome of your toys when you were playing a trick on me to scare me."
Believe it or not, they bought that. I went to the hospital, and got bandages. It was a while before I anything happened-three months to be exact. But then I had a dream, that Mariah's father burried her in the shed. I told Kim about it, and she came over. We found out that, the Willsons all killed themselfes. The demon that they realesed was to strong for them. We went into the shed, and the dirt was all sunken in, in a certain area, it was sinking. But it was as hard as the ground it was. She was burried there. I stopped having dreams, and Kim said that now that we figured it out, we had to tell the police, and then she would be at rest. Amazingly, they believed us. I geuss it's because when they were investigating, they had there own experiance. Mariah was put to rest after they found her bones, and gave her a propper burrial, next to her dad. Mariah and her father weere put to rest.
Kim and I told Mom and Dad what was happening, and they believed us. Alex told them what happened, and even showed the the attic to proove it. Mom hired some kind of paranormal team to help us make the demon go away. The did a blessing in everyroom, and in everything, to make sure it wasn't hidding any where. Immediatly after the blessing in every room and cmpartment, there was a great heaviness that was realesed. I felt happier, and like a great heaviness was out of me. As for the things in the attic, we gave them to a which craft store, and other places that would take the items. It was finaly all over... I don't think I'll be needing any 'spice' in my life for a while.

End
