Category Guru Center
One of the things I do here at theOtaku is gather information for adding new categories to the site. ^_^ So by all means feel free to either send me a pm with suggestions, comment on the update with one, or you can leave a comment here for new categories. I'll be checking each one of them to keep up with suggestions. This world is to help gather all the info into one spot and thus make it easier for me to keep track of everything.
Now if you have a suggestion, the only requirement is that the category you recommend must have at least one submission tagged on the site with that category's name. If the submission has no tag or the tag is not correct, don't worry, if necessary I can fix that. Now to make it go a little easier here’s a few things to consider when sending me a pm or leaving a comment.
- Everything has to be checked out individually so if you send me a request I might not get it researched immediately. In addition to checking the general categories where the items that don’t have one are put, I try to get through as many requests sent as possible.
- If you don’t see something you mentioned in the next update there are two possible reasons for this. One I didn’t get to it yet, some titles take longer to check out than others. And two, it’s possible that I was not able to find the necessary info for it to be added.
- If the category you are requesting is for something submitted before the tagging system was added, then if possible include a link to one of the submissions. If they aren't tagged, there's just too many for me to go hunting for them individually.
