“I…I got out!” Chero said, panting.
Chero started to walk down the path towards the gates of the mansion. She stopped
and looked up at the sky, rain pouring down on her.
“I’m the only one who survived…the only one who got out….I shouldn’t have been able to get out!”
Chero clutched her head and sobbed, “W-what the hell?! This doesn’t make sense! Out of everyone! Hime, Dino, Dante….Everyone! Why am I the only one left?! What the hell?! WHAT THE HELL?!”
The door to the mansion opened. Chero gasped as she turned to see the monster. She turned and started to run for the exit. She stopped right before she exited
the gates. She turned around to face the monster.
“STOP!” she cried.
The monster stopped and stared at her.
“I won, right? You couldn’t catch me! YOU lost!” Chero said.
“The moment I get out of here you lose! There’s nothing you can do at that distance!”
Chero started to shake from anger and sadness. One could say she was going insane, “When I get out of here, this place won’t be the same as before, you know! As a mage, I will DESTOY this place!”
Chero laughed, “Doesn’t that make you frustrated? Huh?! I’m your last trophy, after all! You lost to the girl whose only redeeming factor is her kindness!”
Chero panted and stared at the Thing…directly in the eyes. It showed no emotion. That giant…grey…beast.
“…..*cough* back…” Chero said, “TAKE US BACK! You can take us back in this warped space can’t you? That’s why Kiki’s watch wouldn’t work. If you can do that…Why don ‘t you eat me first?! If you can catch me, that is.”
Chero clutched the journal in her hands, tears streaming down her cheeks, “GO BACK!!!”
A bright light flashed and surrounded Chero, making the scene fade away.
