Question~.___. Why can’t I join CF right now?!!!!!

At times I might close applications because frankly, when I started CF half breeds were rare creatures and it’s not very natural for them to wander about in a group of 30+ -____-’’’ Dude, it’s not very natural to see a group of people wandering around with 30+…So what I’m saying is CF has gotten quite big recently and it’s hard for some people to keep track of who’s who…(=____= I had problems telling just my original seven members apart, do you expect me to know my now 20+ members….? *shot*)
