Personality: Joker is as cheerful and talkative as he used to be in his life. He's not really smart and he often acts recklessly. He's extremely curious and likes to know as much as possible about the people around him. He is constantly chewing gum. Sometimes it might seem that he's not interested in coming back to life, due to his frisky personality but he knows the best how much he wants to be alive once again. To win this new bet with death, he could become a vicious character if needed.

Outfit: Black top-hat with two playing cards (Ace of hearts and Ace of spades), tailcoat with a white shirt under it and black trousers. He hates bow-ties, so he doesn't wear one.
Description: Joker has the symbols of the 4 playing cards suits (hearts, spades, clubs and diamonds) tattooed on his cheeks. He's fast-moving, but he doesn't see well at distance. In his pocket, he has a deck of cards with cutting edges.
Power(s): He can manipulate the wind and the cards from his playing deck. But the higher the rank of the card, the more energy he uses. If he uses too many "big" cards, he gets tired easily.

Death: A house was caught on fire near the restaurant he was working for. The fire-fighters managed to rescue all the people inside the house, but Rui saw a child crying that his puppy was still inside the house. He ran into the house, trying to find the dog, but he was caught under some shelves that fell on him and couldn't come out anymore.
Reason to Come Back to Life: To start it all over again. He believes his life went off too quickly and that he should be able to live it again.

Etc.: As for the weaknesses, think about what is air weak against. Also, as I wrote in the POWER section, if he uses too many "strong" cards (for example J, Q, K or A) he loses energy quicker than by using the "weak" cards.
