This is my shrine to ANYTHING D.Gray-man related. It could be pics I see online(I am a HORRIBLE artist), fanwords, something that happened in the manga, ect. Yes, I am obssessed. And DAMN PROUD OF IT!

Kanda's Past and the 14th's Intentions

Alright, this is late, since I read the chapter on like... Thursday, and I've been watching/reading Fairy Tail. Now then, onwards to the chapter summary!

Link is at one of the now annihilated camps. The gas there is so thick that you can guess how many casualties there were. A Crow named Tevak, notes that the Noah spared her. Link asks her what happened to her, as she was struggling in her sleep, and she says she had a dream "Where Brother and Tokusa were being killed by Allen Walker. And then I saw myself killing that Allen Walker." She remembers that the place Allen was in was where the womb was being kept. She says that if that was a vision of the future, the Noah that put it in her head was a bastard. She's about to leave, but Link stops her, saying that as Allen's watchmen, he can't ignore what she just said. She asks what that's supposed to mean, and he answers that he has to put her under surveillance until he knows where Allen is. He then comments that if she's going to help "him", he'll accompany her.

Meanwhile, if you remember, Allen jumped out of an ark gate. Well, he was accompanied by Tyki, and they landed on the Millennium Earl. Allen notices where he is, and asks what's going on. The moment he spots Johnny and Reever, they apologize for getting kidnapped...again.

Allen then spots Kanda, who is just staring at Alma, and asks why he's there, and not at the Jordan camp. Sheryl comments that the camp was annihilated already, and that Allen wouldn't know since he came to rescue Tokusa. Allen asks what happened to Madarao, and Tyki says, "Mercym is taking care of him." Tokusa tells Allen Sheryl broke his legs without touching them. Sheryl tells them that every human in the room is under his power, that he is a sadist, and that if they don't want to see their comrades is hideous figures, they'd do as he says. Allen asks if Sheryl is telling them to shut up and die, but Sheryl tells him that Noah would never say something so "boring".

Sheryl then reminds Tyki and Allen that they are standing on the Earl, and Tyki comments that they wanted to retrieve Allen. Allen asks why, as he is their enemy. The Earl then grabs Allen and says that he will never return to the Black Order, and that Allen is not the Player, but the 14th himself. The Earl admits that he was fooled by Allen's clown antics.

As the other Order members are shocked, the Earl comments that akuma are his eyes, arms, and feet. He then tells Allen that the 14th called to him through the akuma (the Good Morning). He also says that it was shocking. Allen says he never did any of that, but the 14th wakes up and says that that was correct. The 14th wanted the Earl to know he was back. Quote: "I knew you'd come for me, brother... This time I will kill you, I will kill you and become the Millennium Earl!"

The Earl asks if that's the 14th's wish. Allen takes control of his body back and yells that he's not the 14th. As his boy disintegrates, he remembers that Cross said that the memory of the 14th will eventually take over the victim, turning him into the 14th, and making him kill people important to him. Allen headbutts the Earl, screaming, "I DON'T WANT THAT!" As the Earl moans, "My head... <3" Allen tells the Earl and the 14th that he's Allen the exorcist, and he'd die before becoming anything else. He also comments that those two should take their sibling squabbles out on other people, because it's a nuisance. Wisely comments to Road that Allen's an interesting person.

Kanda, with sword drawn and Road's doll form hanging by his teeth, nearly cuts the Earl, but Tyki blocks the hit. Sheryl freaks out at Road's predicament, and asks Wisely what he's doing. Wisely retorts that he's not a swordsman. Allen kicks the coffin Sheryl was on, and grabs Tokusa. He then asks Kanda is he was able to move. Kanda asks if Allen has a problem with that, and Allen replies that it annoys him that Kanda was immobile the whole time.

Kanda comments that he woke up there after his head got smashed in (by Wisely), and it took him a while to figure out what was going on. And why he took Road (doll form)? He wanted a hair tie since her brother broke it, so he took her ribbon. Just as they (Allen, Kanda, and Tokusa) try to escape, the pipes come up from the ground and blocks the exit, courtesy of Sheryl, who comments that they meant it when the Earl said the 14th would not be returning to the Order. The Earl says that he will force the Order to abandon him, and that they'll hold a party for his expulsion.

Kanda asks who Alma is, shocking everyone who knows about Alma and Kanda. The Earls asks for a repeat, and Kanda does. All the Noahs stare at Wisely, who wonders why they're staring at him. Bak wonders if Kanda doesn't Alma due to his appearance, but Zhu says that there's no way Kanda could not recognize Alma. Road tells Kanda that the figure is Alma, who he killed 9 years ago, but Kanda squeezes her head and says, "He's dead." Road tells him that Alma survived, and the Order hid him, blamed him on Kanda, and used the "sacred war" as an excuse, implanted akuma nucleus in Alma, and turned him into a living doll. Meanwhile, Kanda's threatening Road to shut up, but she doesn't.

When Road's done, Kanda crushes the doll to bits, and stabs it. Road asks if Kanda is glad to see Alma, and asks if the woman who made him slit Alma had something to do with this. Allen tells Kanda to calm down, that those attacks don't affect Road, that the Noahs are trying to provoke him, and they need to rescue everyone. Meanwhile, Road's doll returns and says that if Kanda cacn't believe it's Alma, then they'd let Alma prove it. Under Kanda and Allen, Wisely's demon eye appears under them, and Wisely says that he'll use Kanda to wake Alma. Kanda and Allen looks at it, despite warnings from Tokusa, and they disappear.

The next image is of Alma, who asks if "you're awake". Allen raises his hand, but Alma seems to ignore him. As he wonders where he is, and where Kanda is, Alma says, "You know what! They call you 'Yu'." Allen turns to Alma, who says that they call him Alma, and the pool Alma's kneeling in front of has a hand sticking out of it. The final panel has Alma saying, "Happy birthday Yu!"

The 14th is weird. He wants to kill the Earl, to become the Earl? Weird. Sheryl amused me here, because he really did mean shut up and die. I'm wondering if Kanda really doesn't recognize Alma, but maybe it's a defense or something. Part of me wonders if Allen is in Kanda's mind, but it could be Alma's too. The hand thing was weird...I should show you the image.

Anyway, I'll see you guys next week, okay? Sayonara!

IT'S BACK! ^.^

D.Gray-man chapter 187 IS HERE!!! This new update has 50 pages in total, which makes me glad!

Anyway, we start with a man, yelling in pain. As the police come towards him, they notice he has 5 eyes. The biggest one in the center of the man's forehead looks at the two policemen, and they explode, or bleed out of every opening in their head. The man gets up and says, "35 years huh? This place is surprisingly empty." Someone says, 35 years ago, when the 14th was killed, you all received memory damage. There's been a big lag time since the last reincarnation. <3" The heart shows who it is, it's the Earl, with other Noahs, saying, "You've finally come back."

Then, they are named. 1st disciple: "Millennium Earl", 2nd disciple: "Tryde", 3rd disciple: "Joido", 4th disciple: "Desires", 6th disciple: "Fiddler (Kanji apparently reads Corrosion)", 7th disciple: "Mercyum", 9th disciple: "Road" 10th & 11th disciple: "Bondomu", 12th disciple: "Lustul", and 13th disciple: "Mightra". The man says, "The 8th apostle "Wrath" reincarnated and ended up dying? Mmm...if I, Demon-Eye 'Wisely' fell behind, I would be mortified!"

Tyki is confused, since he never heard that sound, and "it feels like it isn't". Wisely says it is because it is the true name in the Master Noah's memory. Tyki is freaked since he thinks Wisely can read people's minds. Wisely says he respects privacy, but Tyki doesn't think so. Sheryl(who IS a Noah), said, "True name...? There's something like each of peoples' names in the Noah memories? I thought they were the memories of the on apostle "Noah" who appeared 7000 years ago..." Wisely replies that there were 13 Noahs who appeared, and that they have the memories of the 2nd and 13th apostle.

Apparently, 700 years ago, after a man used the heart, and was defeated by the first apostle (Earl) in the world destroyed by the great flood, the remaining twelve became the ancestors of modern humanity. Therefore, every person has "Noah genes" and every era, twelve people were awakened by their Noah genes and protected the earl. "In 7000 years, many humans have reincarnated to help me fight against those who use the hateful innocence."

Wisely says the unconscious ones are the ones who subconsciously repress their memories, and that the earl, who lived for 700 years, and him, who has the demon eye that can see into the brain are different, "...accepting the Noah's mission, but refusing to be consumed by the memory...such a human response..."

Tyki realizes he hasn't felt well since Allen gave him his scar, and wonders. Wisely reads Tyki's mind and is surprised "Joido" looks differently as "that man's..." Road interrupts Wisely, saying she is the only one who hasn't reincarnated, and it is a private matter. She says, "I couldn't remember anyone other than his face..." Wisely says, "Then Master has looked like this for 35 years?" Road asks, "So you like it?" The Earl says the only one missing is Wrath, and they have to search for the next reincarnation. He also says, "I also wish that putting an end to this fucking long war will be our generation."

Suddenly, he has what looks like a heart attack, and remembers someone saying, "Don't push yourself too hard. I'll be by your side, no matter what happens..." Road rushes too him, asking what's wrong. He replies, "I can hear his voice..I ngh again... His voice..." Road realizes it is the 14th's voice, and the Earl says, "Let's spread this darkness broader"

Hours later, an akuma attacks a group of people in Jordan, with an old man asking for someone to save his granddaughter, who is in the akuma's hand. He yells, "Help her!" As he's falling. Allen appears and attacks the akuma with Crown Clown, sabving the girl. A voice coming through Tim is saying the akuma are gaining in number, and that Allen should regroup at camp. Funnily enough, there are akuma behind Allen, that he doesn't notice. Suddenly, he attacks the akuma who jump at him with his new attack "Death Ball" which kills all of them. The exorcists are ordered to evacuate, and Allen thinks he can't win, especially with an injured person.

Suddenly, Thirds come, and one vanishes all the akuma with a technique called, "Gakikai Byakuko". Allen wonders if the technique does anything to the Third's body, and notices a blob of what looks like heads saying, "A...llen...H...el...p" Allen thinks that the akuma swallowed by the technique are all disappearing at the same time, and his left eyes is crying blood. Another Third says a Level 4 is coming, and they should retreat.

He says that he envies Allen for being able to see the souls of the akuma in pain. Allen says how you think about it is up to him. Allen's trying to puch the Third, saying those kinds of things are taboo to him, and they shouldn't mention it. The Third says he can't help but to think so, and feels uncomfortable since the other Third is glaring at him. The Third apologizes, saying he feels irritated when he sees "Master Disciple", and that he gets high spirited when he beats an akuma. He his heart wobble when he thought he was a help to God.

Tyki sudden;y appears and attacks the third, slicing off the man's arms. Then he says, "Long time no see...Shounen (young boy)". As Allen says Tyki's name in shock, Tyki says the 14th's name is kinda log, and that they should just call him young boy. He says, "Don't worry, we don't have much business here. We're only hunting exorcists." At the same time in other parts of the world, Noahs are showing up in front of groups of exorcists.

Link is looking for Allen and the two Thirds (Madarao & Tokusa). The girl looks around in the cave they(Allen, her, her grandpa, and the Thirds) are hiding in, and asks what's going on. Allen replies that the akuma are looking for them, one of the Thirds set up talismans, and she shouldn't leave until all the talismans fall. The Third with the cut off arms is angry because he ran from the Noah, and his arms are growing back. Allen says he has the same skill as Kanda. The Third says, "...Skill you said? Hmph, that's right. That guy was Alma Karma's... I can... only close the wound. I wish I had a skill like the second has." As Allen wonders who(or what) Alma and the Second are, the Third (probably Tokusa) asks Madarao to swear to survive become a "womb".

Madarao is about to absorb Tokusa when Allen butts in and protests, before Tokusa says he shouldn't interfere. Madarao says that since Tokusa can't use his skill, Tokusa has no reason to continue living. He will absorb the alma cells in Tokusa's body. Allen asks what alma is, and Madarao explains that Alma Karma is the first womb that gave the Thirds the cells fused with the akuma eggshell. The Thirds are given the mission of womb transformation. Alma cells multiply by absorbing akuma, and when they go through the transformation, their lives are, "taken by God and our cells are used to bear another Third. This is how anti-akuma power expands and bacomes foundation of world wide mercy. That is the Third exorcist project."

Tokusa says Allen can't understand, since he's a chosen disciple, and that through the project, they would like to save the world. He would rather be absorbed by Madarao than killed by the Noah. Tyki phases through the wall, wraps a hand around Tokusa's face ans says, "Don't worry... We're not the one who'll finish you off. The other Noah appear and disarm the Thirds and Allen. Tyki says, "Would you like mt to tell you the name of the one who'll finish you off? It's your..." He never finishes, as Tokusa's legs twists at odd angles, and coughs up blood as the little girl says, "Oh, looks like your lucky charm fell off."

At the base camp, Wisely asks, "Are you Kanda Yuu?" Kanda asks, "Who the hell are you?" Wisely says, "'Alma'. Does that name ring a bell?" Kanda flinches, and Wisely says, "Looks like it does. Your brain, We'll be using it for our party," as the Deon Eye stares into Kanda's eyes.

At the American branch, Johnny's barfing in the bathroom, as Pek watches, and comments that Johnny's been staying in HQ too much. Johnny says it's because it's "My first time seeing such a person" Pek says that thanks to Johnny, they got thrown out by Leverrier, and he wanted to see more Alma Karma. Reever and drags Pek to another assistant who drags him away.

Reever says, "We showed you something terrible" to Johnny, and he says he has no idea what he's doing anymore and asks why Reever brought him. Before Reever can answer, and alarm sounds, signaling that an intruder has been sighted. It's not an akuma, but it's going through their barriers fast!

A doll on a man's shoulder that looks suspiciously like Road says, "he Alma Karma's here~!" The man says, "Okay- they're kind of excited to see a visitor after such a long time.<3"

The chapter ends with the words: "This appearance is...!! The Earl and Road, The real invasion has finally come!" and that the continuation continues in DECEMBER.

First, I'd like to say it's good to have more insight on the Noahs, the Earls, and the Thirds. I hate the idea of the third project, and I don't blame Johnny for barfing, I mean, they're infusing HUMANS with pieces of AKUMA EGGSHELL. That's so wrong. Plus they absorb each other and sacrifice their lives to create more of themselves. But the Thirds want to help and are (probably) doing this of their own free will.

Shit on a cracker

As the Level 4 is about to shoot Allen, he pushes off the gun barrel into the air, dodging the gunfire. Kanda attacks it with "Sangenshiki - Bakuhakuzan", which provide as a distraction as Allen destroys its left arm & right leg. As Allen swipes at it again, the akuma uses its teeth to block the sword, or catch it. The akuma drops the sword from its mouth and begins to, once again, fire rounds of bullets from its arms at Allen. Marie is useless without his headphones, he can't tell what the hell's going on.

As Link begins to wonder if Generals are necessary to destroy Level 4 akuma, Allen's sword lifts of the ground, and comes flying at Allen, and through the Level 4. Unfortunately, he has also stabbed himself in the process. Luckily, the blade only affects those who are evil. It harms only akuma and Noah, but he is in pain for some reason. (he's forgotten about the 314th -.-;) Kanda's shocked as Allen begins to scream in pain. Just as the akuma is about to kill him, Allen smiles. (uh-oh) He says, "Good...mor...ning", and the image turns into a devil-spirit holding the Level 4 (ominous). Just as the Level 4 says, "Noa..", Kanda impales both of the akuma and Allen. Luckily, Allen's head was missed by a centimeter. As Allen stares at him. Kanda yells, "Idiot beansprout!"

Allen lifts Crown Clown, and both blades begin to slice through the Level 4. Working together, Allen and Kanda (OMG!) destroy the akuma. As the blood covers both of them, Allen says, "I've told you before, the name's "Allen"."

Holy shit on a cracker.

Me thinks (I know, bad English) Allen has finally been possessed by the 14th. The Allen in the last panel of this chapter looks different than the Allen we see in the beginning of the chapter. This one's smiling, even though he should be tired as hell.

Heck, I'm tired READING it!

NO!!! T-T

Please read chapter 167.

I don't believe it. I mean, Cross tells us Allen is needed to revive the 14th. Then he slaps a silent Allen and tells him the 14th will take over Allen's body!

Allen's confused about whether Mana loved him, or the memories the 14th implanted into a random person. Allen has some damn bad luck!

And it seems like Mana lost it after the 14th died.

Cross says and I quote: "In the end, do you always have to sacrifice something to protect something else?" I'm pretty sure he's speaking to Allen.

Cross says, " I can't laugh at Tiedoll anymore" and then, (to me) Cross does the unthinkable.

He hugs Allen.

GENERAL CROSS HUGS ALLEN!!!!!!!!!!

What the hell? I didn't believe Cross would do that, or that he really cared about Allen. Apparently he does care.

Oh, and Cross says and I quote: "What would you do, if I told you you'll have to kill someone you love when you become the 14th."

DAMN!!!

Allen has the worst luck ever.

I wonder, who'll he kill, and if Lavi, Leverrier, Bookman, and Koumi will say anything about this to someone else.

I DON'T WANT ALLEN TO KILL PEOPLE, and I'm sure he doesn't wanna either.

Damn, Lenalee's nightmare is coming true.

Damn. I wanna read the next chapter.
I might be emo now after reading that. *sulk*
