This is my shrine to ANYTHING D.Gray-man related. It could be pics I see online(I am a HORRIBLE artist), fanwords, something that happened in the manga, ect. Yes, I am obssessed. And DAMN PROUD OF IT!

KANDA YOU BASTARD

GODAMMIT KANDA!

Don't read unless you've read up to Chapter 197, or you want me to spoil it for you

Alright, I'm sorry I haven't written all summer. but thankfully, D.Gray-Man is on monthly things. Unfortunately, I'm going to be going to the 11th grade, so my mom's limiting computer/internet usage on anything frivolous.

Why am I so angry at Kanda? Well, the latest chapters have you finding out his past. He had a best friend named Alma that was more like the guy you love to hate, even though he's actually pretty nice. Also, it turns out when he was little, he and Alma were experimented on, researched, part of the Second Exorcist project, and Kanda saw this weird lady walking around, who was in his imagination.

Turns out, the Second exorcist project is transporting the brains of dead or dying Exorcists into artificial bodies in order to see if the compatible Innocence would be carried over to the substitute body. The lady Kanda saw? his past life's memory. Unfortunately, the Order decided that it meant that Kanda needed to be cut from the program.

So, Alma goes and saves Kanda, and gets captured by CROW guys. Kanda is almost killed, but the memory of that woman reanimates him and he gets Mugen to synchronise with himself to escape.

Alma attacks all of the scientists in the Asia Branch, tries to kill Kanda, and says that they can die together. unfortunately for him, Kanda doesn't feel like dying at the time. So he goes and attacks Alma with two deadly blows, effectively "killing" the kid this would explain his insistence at Alma being dead

So, Allen's watching the memories with Road. Then he goes and punches kanda, knocking them out of Wisely's technique, and back to the real world. But, the memories woke up Alma, who was so full of Dark Matter that he essentially became an akuma. Since he's the source of the Third Exorcists, their powers are being fucked beyond repair. Plus, Tokusa's now drowned in Alma's hate, and begins attacking the exorcists and scientists.

The Earl has a way for them to survive: Allen must join the Noah, or everyone dies. Thankfully, Fou, who was summoned by Bak, snapped Allen out of actually thinking about joining. Zhu (remember him?) goes and uses his golem's ability to heal Allen using his own life force.

Kanda tries to attack Alma with his Fifth Illusion, but Allen blocks it and tells Alma to back up. Kanda's Fifth Illusion is sublimating with his soul so much that his hair's turning purple. It also affects allen badly. As Alma (again) tries to attack Kanda, Allen stops him and askes why he (Alma) won't forgive Kanda. Alma replies while crying that, "As long as Kanda is still alive, I..." He stops, and it's noticed that the regenerating ability has reached their limits. Allen keeps Alma up, but Kanda tries to get to Alma by going through Allen.

Kanda then blames Allen, saying, "The one who destroyed this branch and made the Third Exorcists into monsters is all your fault, the fault of the man who belongs to the order even those hes a Noah!" While Kanda's still screaming that it's Allen's fault, Crown Clown activates, and Allen attacks Kanda. They continue bashing at each other what else is new until Alma shoots a beam at Kanda, grazing Allen's shoulder in the process. Allen shrugs it off and asks if destroying Alma will fix everything.

Kanda stabs Allen in the stomach with Mugen, and the Earl grins to himself, since the area around the wound from Mugen is slowly changing to the Noah's pigment. Kanda finally regains his senses, and Allen asks him why Alma's making that kind of face, stating that he has no idea. As Allen falls, Reever comments on Allen's body looking like a Noah's. Kanda also calls Allen Moyashi. finally, back to normal

So, Allen's on the ground, his body looking like a Noah's, most of the people there are tired, almost dead, fighting, or observing with interest, and Alma's back up, staring at Kanda, who finally calls Alma by his name.

Before you ask, I'm mad because even with Kanda's horrible past, he's still a jerk. Plus, he stabbed Allen, called him a Noah, and attempted to destroy his best friend. At least, I can sympathize with the last action, but not what he did to Allen. Not unless his anger induced haze was THAT strong.

IT'S BACK! ^.^

D.Gray-man chapter 187 IS HERE!!! This new update has 50 pages in total, which makes me glad!

Anyway, we start with a man, yelling in pain. As the police come towards him, they notice he has 5 eyes. The biggest one in the center of the man's forehead looks at the two policemen, and they explode, or bleed out of every opening in their head. The man gets up and says, "35 years huh? This place is surprisingly empty." Someone says, 35 years ago, when the 14th was killed, you all received memory damage. There's been a big lag time since the last reincarnation. <3" The heart shows who it is, it's the Earl, with other Noahs, saying, "You've finally come back."

Then, they are named. 1st disciple: "Millennium Earl", 2nd disciple: "Tryde", 3rd disciple: "Joido", 4th disciple: "Desires", 6th disciple: "Fiddler (Kanji apparently reads Corrosion)", 7th disciple: "Mercyum", 9th disciple: "Road" 10th & 11th disciple: "Bondomu", 12th disciple: "Lustul", and 13th disciple: "Mightra". The man says, "The 8th apostle "Wrath" reincarnated and ended up dying? Mmm...if I, Demon-Eye 'Wisely' fell behind, I would be mortified!"

Tyki is confused, since he never heard that sound, and "it feels like it isn't". Wisely says it is because it is the true name in the Master Noah's memory. Tyki is freaked since he thinks Wisely can read people's minds. Wisely says he respects privacy, but Tyki doesn't think so. Sheryl(who IS a Noah), said, "True name...? There's something like each of peoples' names in the Noah memories? I thought they were the memories of the on apostle "Noah" who appeared 7000 years ago..." Wisely replies that there were 13 Noahs who appeared, and that they have the memories of the 2nd and 13th apostle.

Apparently, 700 years ago, after a man used the heart, and was defeated by the first apostle (Earl) in the world destroyed by the great flood, the remaining twelve became the ancestors of modern humanity. Therefore, every person has "Noah genes" and every era, twelve people were awakened by their Noah genes and protected the earl. "In 7000 years, many humans have reincarnated to help me fight against those who use the hateful innocence."

Wisely says the unconscious ones are the ones who subconsciously repress their memories, and that the earl, who lived for 700 years, and him, who has the demon eye that can see into the brain are different, "...accepting the Noah's mission, but refusing to be consumed by the memory...such a human response..."

Tyki realizes he hasn't felt well since Allen gave him his scar, and wonders. Wisely reads Tyki's mind and is surprised "Joido" looks differently as "that man's..." Road interrupts Wisely, saying she is the only one who hasn't reincarnated, and it is a private matter. She says, "I couldn't remember anyone other than his face..." Wisely says, "Then Master has looked like this for 35 years?" Road asks, "So you like it?" The Earl says the only one missing is Wrath, and they have to search for the next reincarnation. He also says, "I also wish that putting an end to this fucking long war will be our generation."

Suddenly, he has what looks like a heart attack, and remembers someone saying, "Don't push yourself too hard. I'll be by your side, no matter what happens..." Road rushes too him, asking what's wrong. He replies, "I can hear his voice..I ngh again... His voice..." Road realizes it is the 14th's voice, and the Earl says, "Let's spread this darkness broader"

Hours later, an akuma attacks a group of people in Jordan, with an old man asking for someone to save his granddaughter, who is in the akuma's hand. He yells, "Help her!" As he's falling. Allen appears and attacks the akuma with Crown Clown, sabving the girl. A voice coming through Tim is saying the akuma are gaining in number, and that Allen should regroup at camp. Funnily enough, there are akuma behind Allen, that he doesn't notice. Suddenly, he attacks the akuma who jump at him with his new attack "Death Ball" which kills all of them. The exorcists are ordered to evacuate, and Allen thinks he can't win, especially with an injured person.

Suddenly, Thirds come, and one vanishes all the akuma with a technique called, "Gakikai Byakuko". Allen wonders if the technique does anything to the Third's body, and notices a blob of what looks like heads saying, "A...llen...H...el...p" Allen thinks that the akuma swallowed by the technique are all disappearing at the same time, and his left eyes is crying blood. Another Third says a Level 4 is coming, and they should retreat.

He says that he envies Allen for being able to see the souls of the akuma in pain. Allen says how you think about it is up to him. Allen's trying to puch the Third, saying those kinds of things are taboo to him, and they shouldn't mention it. The Third says he can't help but to think so, and feels uncomfortable since the other Third is glaring at him. The Third apologizes, saying he feels irritated when he sees "Master Disciple", and that he gets high spirited when he beats an akuma. He his heart wobble when he thought he was a help to God.

Tyki sudden;y appears and attacks the third, slicing off the man's arms. Then he says, "Long time no see...Shounen (young boy)". As Allen says Tyki's name in shock, Tyki says the 14th's name is kinda log, and that they should just call him young boy. He says, "Don't worry, we don't have much business here. We're only hunting exorcists." At the same time in other parts of the world, Noahs are showing up in front of groups of exorcists.

Link is looking for Allen and the two Thirds (Madarao & Tokusa). The girl looks around in the cave they(Allen, her, her grandpa, and the Thirds) are hiding in, and asks what's going on. Allen replies that the akuma are looking for them, one of the Thirds set up talismans, and she shouldn't leave until all the talismans fall. The Third with the cut off arms is angry because he ran from the Noah, and his arms are growing back. Allen says he has the same skill as Kanda. The Third says, "...Skill you said? Hmph, that's right. That guy was Alma Karma's... I can... only close the wound. I wish I had a skill like the second has." As Allen wonders who(or what) Alma and the Second are, the Third (probably Tokusa) asks Madarao to swear to survive become a "womb".

Madarao is about to absorb Tokusa when Allen butts in and protests, before Tokusa says he shouldn't interfere. Madarao says that since Tokusa can't use his skill, Tokusa has no reason to continue living. He will absorb the alma cells in Tokusa's body. Allen asks what alma is, and Madarao explains that Alma Karma is the first womb that gave the Thirds the cells fused with the akuma eggshell. The Thirds are given the mission of womb transformation. Alma cells multiply by absorbing akuma, and when they go through the transformation, their lives are, "taken by God and our cells are used to bear another Third. This is how anti-akuma power expands and bacomes foundation of world wide mercy. That is the Third exorcist project."

Tokusa says Allen can't understand, since he's a chosen disciple, and that through the project, they would like to save the world. He would rather be absorbed by Madarao than killed by the Noah. Tyki phases through the wall, wraps a hand around Tokusa's face ans says, "Don't worry... We're not the one who'll finish you off. The other Noah appear and disarm the Thirds and Allen. Tyki says, "Would you like mt to tell you the name of the one who'll finish you off? It's your..." He never finishes, as Tokusa's legs twists at odd angles, and coughs up blood as the little girl says, "Oh, looks like your lucky charm fell off."

At the base camp, Wisely asks, "Are you Kanda Yuu?" Kanda asks, "Who the hell are you?" Wisely says, "'Alma'. Does that name ring a bell?" Kanda flinches, and Wisely says, "Looks like it does. Your brain, We'll be using it for our party," as the Deon Eye stares into Kanda's eyes.

At the American branch, Johnny's barfing in the bathroom, as Pek watches, and comments that Johnny's been staying in HQ too much. Johnny says it's because it's "My first time seeing such a person" Pek says that thanks to Johnny, they got thrown out by Leverrier, and he wanted to see more Alma Karma. Reever and drags Pek to another assistant who drags him away.

Reever says, "We showed you something terrible" to Johnny, and he says he has no idea what he's doing anymore and asks why Reever brought him. Before Reever can answer, and alarm sounds, signaling that an intruder has been sighted. It's not an akuma, but it's going through their barriers fast!

A doll on a man's shoulder that looks suspiciously like Road says, "he Alma Karma's here~!" The man says, "Okay- they're kind of excited to see a visitor after such a long time.<3"

The chapter ends with the words: "This appearance is...!! The Earl and Road, The real invasion has finally come!" and that the continuation continues in DECEMBER.

First, I'd like to say it's good to have more insight on the Noahs, the Earls, and the Thirds. I hate the idea of the third project, and I don't blame Johnny for barfing, I mean, they're infusing HUMANS with pieces of AKUMA EGGSHELL. That's so wrong. Plus they absorb each other and sacrifice their lives to create more of themselves. But the Thirds want to help and are (probably) doing this of their own free will.

OMG!

D.Gray-man is on ANOTHER hiatus. In the mean time, her's this:

If you people out there didn't know, the dubbed version of D.Gray-man is now out. I've only seen the first couple (two) episodes online. Therefore, this post is about the voice actors, and if I think they sound right. This will also include who the VA has voiced before, to give you an idea. Not all of them mind you, just three or so.

Allen sounds weird. His VA is Todd Haberkorn, who also voices Kimihiro Watanuki from xxxHolic. It's not TOO horrible though. I wish he had his accent. But the dub makes him sound less polite than the original(he calls a cat a furball), but this is a dub, what CAN you expect? Also, when Kanda's staring him down as Komui tries to find Cross' letter, the dub has him say, "Oh crap." ALLEN DOES NOT SWEAR DURING THE ANIME EXCEPT WHEN IT CONCERNS CROSS!!!!

Oh my god. The Earl. His voice is freaking creepy! It siunds so evil. He should have a happier voice until he gets really pissed off. I think that would be a better effect. His VA is Jason Liebrecht, who is voicing Lavi as well. In other anime, he has voiced Hei from Darker Than Black, Radu Barvan from Trinity Blood, and Syaoran from Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE. Hopefully, Lavi sounds better than the Earl.

Komui doesn't sound half bad. I mean, it's sounds kinda flamboyant, like him. His VA is J. Michael Tatum, who voiced Doumeki from xxxHolic, Suleyman from Trinity Blood, and Seishiro from Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE. What's horrible is how they said Komui's name (see bottom). They kept his silliness, flamboyant personality, and his creepiness when it comes to healing Allen's arm. :)

Reever's voice reminds me of... that mafia guy in the movies that tries to snuff someone out. His VA is Chuck Huber, who voiced Hiei from YuYuHakusho(holy crap!), Android 17 from Dragon Ball Z, and Shou Tucker from Full Metal Alchemist.

Lenalee. Her voice is really soft(in my opinion). It's not half bad. Her VA is Luci Christian, who's voiced Trish from Devil May Cry, Wrath from Full Metal Alchemist, Nami in the Funimation dub of One Piece, and Mitsukuni Haninozuka from Ouran High School Host Club.

Kanda's name is pronounced correctly! Holy cow! But Kanda sounds so freakin horrible! It's like a mix between a body builder, and the Terminator. It has just scared the hell out of me. And I think he said "Mighty Myoogen". His VA is Travis Willingham, who has voiced Andreas Darlton from Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, Roy Mustang from Full Metal Alchemist, and Yanagisawa from YuYuHakusho.

Cross, sounded deep, all powerful, and kinda monotone. It's halfway to being a good one in my eyes, although I've rarely seen dubs since the wonders of subs and YouTube. His VA is Christopher Sabat, who voiced Vegeta & Piccolo from Dragon Ball Z, Armstrong from Full Metal Alchemist, Kuwabara from YuYuHakusho, and Tres Iqus from Trinity Blood. At the very least, they kept his humorous (to me) actions towards Allen in India.

Hevslaka sounds creepy. Creepier than the original in my opinion. Point for dub! lol Anyway, her VA is Wendy Powell. She has voiced Envy from Full Meatal Alchemist, Sister Paula from Trinity Blood, and Mukuro from YuYuHakusho: Ghost Files. Not bad.

I AM pissed of at their pronunciation. Komui is pronounced Koh-Moo-Ee, not Kah-mu-ee. Myoogen? MYOOGEN? That's so totally wrong. It's Moo-gen.

*cringe* THE HORROR!!!!!!!

The dub could get better. Though probably not I hope so.

Sorry if this sounds like a long rant. I will be adding more once I find out about more main characters. (i.e. Mana, Lavi, Tyki, Rhode, Krory, Eliade, Komurin incidents, Miranda, all that) Seperate posts of course.

Now please leave me to my emo corner while I mope about the dub.

ooooooookay o.0

The chapter begins with Allen, and a nightmare, remembering when the Sword of Exorcism worked on him. A voice says that the left hand of God was the one who brought salvation to the akuma, not him. Quote: "Did you really think that the host body for the 14th could be without sin?"

Allen knows it is a dream, and knows he has to wake up. Suddenly, a clown appears. It's Mana. he's smiling and telling Allen someone's here to see him. Allen takes Mana's hand, who is smiling. Allen thinks this is a good dream. Allen shrinks, back to when he met Mana, and as they're running, Allen says, "I'm not "---" just call me Allen, okay?"

Allen wakes up, but his eyes look different. Lenalee wakes up, and asks if he's okay and if the fever went down. She also says she should have rested instead of going straight to his room to visit him. The look in Allen's face is gone, and as he realizes Lenalee is there, Link yells for her to get out of the room. As Allen and Lenalee ask why he was outside the entire time, Link says he couldn't work in the room with her in an immodest state. Then he says if Lenalee obstructs his work again, he will issue a formal complaint. Allen also says if it was Lavi, there's no telling what he would do. Lenalee says she can take care of herself. Link complains that was not his pooint, and Timcampy begins to wake up.

Allen shuts the door on Link, and Lenalee asks if he's okay. Allen says he's fine. Link finally gives up and says he will tell Komui that Allen and lenalee are locked in a room together. Allen yells he''s sorry. Lenalee says Allen looked like a different person and asks herself if she imagined it.

A figure sits on a chair, hunched over clutching their head. All around them is broken glass and broken windows. Rhode sucks on a lollipop, with cuts on her face and asks Tyki what's wrong. Tyki replies his wounds are aching and asks Rhode what that feeling is.

At HQ, ZhiZhi shows Allen that Timothy is studying with his personal tutor, Emilia, and Klaud Nine watching him. Allen says he meant the man in red. ZhiZhi says he doesn't know the guy's name, and the guy is an official guard Assistant Supervisor Fey called in from Central. Both Allen and Kanda think, "Huh? but wait...He defeated a Level 3 didn't he?" Both of them say, "Nah. That guy's no guard." Link wonders why Madarao, a CROW id defeating akuma.

As Komui does his paperwork (OMG!), the phone rings. Komui yells that Timothy is Klaud's apprentice, and that's final. The voice in the phone says, "IT'S ME!" Komui realizes that it's Bak.Bak asks if he knows if Renee is there. Komui asks if it's the North American Branch head. Bak says that she's coming over there, and not to do anything until he gets there. Renee walks in, accompanied by two guards, and asks if she's interrupting anything.

What the hell is she doing there?

Goodbyes

The Science Department guys have found the mediums of the shield technique, in the form of ladybugs. as they are doing that, Galmar is being his skeptical self and calling them freaks. He needs an attitude adjustment if you ask me. Inside, Kanda and Allen are trying to open the dorr. No dice. The CROW member says only the Science Department can help, quote: "If they're competent enough."

Galmar wonders what's so hard, and as Zhizhi (sp?) and the others lift the bug, Galmar opens the door, and the Science Department guys are shocked and forced away from the building. As Galmar says how it's no trouble, he sees the injured exorcists, CROW, and Link.

As Zhizhi is falling through a hole that just appeared, Reever asks if he has the medium. Zhizhi is ecstatic to start investigating, but also wonders who the guards are, to walk through the barrier easily. The skulls are wondering the exact same thing, and are going to report it to the Earl.

Timothy is wondering if Mother Superior is okay, and she wakes up to comfort him. Then everyone realizes the children and Mother Superior had fevers, aftereffects of Dark Matter. Reever executes a plan to bring everyone to the Order for an examination, including putting talismans around the premises.

Outside, Galmar is gloomy, and Link, Allen, Kanda and Marie are giving him a wide berth. Galmar starts speaking about how he knew Timothy wa wth his father at the time of his arrest, but Galmar rushed in anyway. Emilia wanted to take in Timothy, but Galmar always felt guilty for the innocence on Timothy's forehead, and so they left him at the orphanage. He asks if there is an alternative to Timothy leaving with the rest of the Order. Galmar promises to protect Timothy from the akuma next time, with a stunned Emilia and Timothy listening behind the door. Unfortunately, everyone, including Emilia & Timothy says, "Not happening." This leaves the man with a giant sweatdrop.

Galmar says they don't have to be so harsh (but his face was priceless). As people are trying to comfort him, Timothy asks if he's going to get arrested for being G. Galmar says, "How am I supposed to arrest a brat like you anyway? Timothy says he'll leave then, to keep the orphanage safe. He introduces himself as Timothy Hearst, 9 years old, and can possess akuma using his innocence, Tsukikami.

He says that he won't go for free though. Komui's face is black as he finds out Timothy wants them to pay compensation for all damage caused by Phantom Thief G. Apparently, the 37 items he stole and sold were of high value, and out of the country, making them difficult to locate, not to mention the 89 people falsely accused. He also wants the orphanage to have no more financial problems again. The total amount is enough to make Komui have to grovel to Leverrier. Tsukikami calls Timothy a dirty dealer. (Clever little sucker, isn't he?)

Emilia asks Galmar if he is going back to work soon. He grumbles that when he works, she wants him home, and tells her he's on paid leave until she recovers, since Phantom Thief G is "dead". Emilia tells him she'll be joining the Order so she'll take care of Timothy, and he won't have to worry. Galmar says, "Didn't you say you would leave as soon as you found a man?!?" His crew comfort him(or at least, tries to) by saying, Phantom Thief G did one last heist, he's stolen her daughter. (That's so helpful)

Galmar's cry of, "EMILIA!!!" could be heard outside the building. At the orphanage, the kids' fevers are going down, and Timothy is showing Mother Superior his new uniform, as wells as talking about the Order. Mother Superior tells him she's leaving to somewhere supposedly safe. They cry and stare out at the sunset, saying a final goodbye.

Allen tells Link that Mother Superior reminds him of Mana, and Timothy reminds him of himslef at that time, so he can sympathize with them. Link stares at him incredulously. Link tells Allen that that was probably the first time he's talked about Mana to anyone else. Allen agrees, and his glad he can talk about Mana with a smile. He tells Link that he's like a piece of furniture to him now. The chapter ends with the words, "As long as I keep believing...that someday...that day will come.
