Lila~
I watched as Mahl's tail swished back and forth. He was smiling at me showing his fangs. I started to feel my blood start pumping faster, like it always did when I fought demons. Smiling at the adrenalin that now coursed threw my veins, I quickly loaded my gun and shot. He dodged and threw what looked like a dagger at me. Dodging I reloaded my gun and shot again, hitting his tail. He growled and moved is tail so i was in front of him.
" Darts?" He asked seeming to amused. " What no real bullets for the little one?" He pulled the dart out of his tail and tossed it to the ground.
While he was doing that I shot another at his shoulder.
" Why did you-" before he could finished he was on the floor passed out.
" Yes they might be darts by they tranquillize demons. DH doesn't kill all of them." Putting my gun back into my belt I turned and started walking to the others. They where all talking to a new guy.
" Hi, you must be another team mate. I'm Lila." I said to the new guy once I got in front of the others.
" Katsune, Though you can call me Katsu."
" Nice to meet you." I looked over at Phoenix. He seemed to be looking at Mahl.
" What did you do to him?!" He said kinda panicked.
" Tranquillized him. Never said it was going to be fair..."
It looked like he was about to say something else when he was interrupted by the door opening and someone walking up to us. Ta hid behind me as I noticed it was one of the guards that usually watched him. The guard was looking at Mahl on the ground.
" Can I help you?" I asked. He looked over and smiled at me.
" What you do to him?"
" Nothing that concerns you. Now tell me why you are here."
He handed me a envelope. " Congratulations freaks, you got yourself your first mission." He said and walked out.
Glaring after him, someone takes the envelope from me and starts opening it. Already in an irritated mood for being called a freak, I turned around quickly to take it out of their hand. " I'll read it since I'm leader, Thank you."
" Whatever kiddo, just read it." Said Mahl. I more or less stared at him in confusion as of how he was up already but let it go as I opened and took out the letter that was in it.
" What's the mission Lila?!" Said Ta as he was jumping up and down.
Smiling at him, I opened it and read over it.
" Oh first mission is to kill off some demons in a small town." I looked at them all and sighed. This was going to be interesting.
