~Mahl~

It was pretty stupid to keep a charm that precious right where the enemy could see it. This would be a good lesson for Katsu. Lila turned towards me and Phoenix. "Mahl Phoenix get the necklace!" Phoenix had been staring at the demon and hadn't noticed Katsu was being controlled. "Why?" He finally looked over and noticed Lila was holding Katsu back. She yelled at us. "JUST DO IT!" I smiled and let my demon powers fill me. I looked over at Phoenix and he nodded. He looked scared, but I wasn't sure if it was the fight or that he might lose himself again if the fight got bad.

The demon laughed. "Why do you want to fight me brothers? Join me and we can rule this land? Humans after all...are so easily destroyed." I nodded. "What you say is a true and...tempting offer." Phoenix stared at me horrified. "But I don't like how you're controlling my teammate." He laughed.

"I'm only showing him how silly he is for locking his real self away." I drew Kami. "It's not up to you to play games with his will!" I ran at him. The demon looked amused. "You can't beat me."

Now it was my turn to laugh. "That's  what you think!" I threw my dagger at him. He dodged it but while he'd been watching it I'd reached into my pocket and pulled out my lighter. I used it to throw a few fireballs at him. He used his arm to block them. "Like shooing flies. Your fire is weak. You should give up your humanity and I promise you it will become ten times stronger." My eyes narrowed. This might be harder than I thought.
