I miss you too, Keba! And you're right about there being summer break.
I have a notepad doc with stuff I want to draw, too. I just keep forgetting to add to it *sheepish grin*
You have a point, there. It's just difficult for me to ask people for help, like, ever. But I know I should do what's best for me, especially if I'm in danger of a potential meltdown.
Thanks, Keba :) I appreciate it.
No, he's not taken in the traditional sense. He likes some girl in CP classes, though.
We were supposed to hang out today at lunch, but he accidentally forgot about it of course I thought I got ditched, having no good luck with males in general. When I told him at the end of school that he forgot something at lunch, he thought about it and asked, "What did I forget?" So I said, "What did you forget?" and after a few seconds of thinking, he realized what I was referring to. He apologized and asked if we could hang out tomorrow instead, and I said yes of course. It made me feel good that I got the confirmation I needed that he genuinely forgot (his guy friends distracted him, no doubt), and I was very pleased with him being gentlemanly enough to reschedule.
Hopefully I'll be able to check back in again soon. *hugs*
Elricz, I'm glad you checked in. Quite honestly, I miss you. But if you feel guilty about not being on theO, don't. There's always summer break. And that's not too far away.
If you have art ideas floating around in your head but can't do them, write them down so you don't forget them. I do that. I have a notepad document with little hints on what to draw. Of course, some of the ideas have been on there for years.
If you're having trouble keeping yourself together, I think you need to weigh your options. Which is more important? Your schoolwork or your mental health? Maybe you should talk to your teachers about assignment extensions if you're feeling extra stressed.
Good luck with the guy! I'd give you advice, but I have no experience. At all. But I know that can add to the craziness of high school. Confessing your feelings is a hard thing to do. At least he's not taken, is he?
Call it karma. Call it luck. Me, I just don't give a... BOUNCE!
