Nature: Quiet - Silas wasn't always this way, he used to be very happy go lucky and was a work a holic but always had time for his family. Sadly, after the death of his wife and daughter, Silas closed his heart to the world because of this horrible incident. This event was traumatic on him because not only did he loose the people he loved most, his face was burnt and scared by the enemy black Charizard. Because of this, people rejected him and made fun of him which led him to keeping bandages wrapped around his face and being considered a freak when once he was so beautiful to many other women. Now he keeps to himself and works on his gardening and finds joy in the small things in life. He doesn't get to close to anyone because he knows nothing lasts forever and he doesn't want to get attached to anyone. He's very kind and polite but at times, he may push people away and appear bitter.

Appearance: Silas has to wear bandages over his face due to his face being burned severely. Only his eyes, small bit of his nose, and his chin are exposed with his brown hair coming out of some of the bandages with his white hair peeking out of the bottom.
He has two horns that are on top of his head and he also has brown facial hair on his chin.
His tail is small but fluffy that you can find peaking out of back above his behind.

Personality:
Silas is a very quiet, polite, and thoughtful person. After the accident, he keeps to himself very often thus his interest in gardening. He is a very reserved young man but is very friendly with people, although he rather not associate too much.
As stated, he is not one to jump to conclusions on something and will look at both sides of a story and think about different perspectives. He’ll give his opinion if asked but will not ease drop or try to learn about others. He does not believe in creating last relationships or friendships for that matter because he knows they do not last long, making him somewhat bitter.
He rather enjoys the small things in life, because he has fully accepted that life is short, life it while you can. This is due to the fact that he lost his wife and daughter. This was so traumatic on him that his personality drastically changed.
He does not talk about the past because it does anger him, and it hurts his heart beyond anything one can understand.

Background:
Silas grew up in Camphrier Town. He was a very attractive young man and very popular among the ladies although he only kept a relationship with Sattel, his best friend. However, due to a job opportunity, the Kalos Empire hired him at a young age of 13 he was gone for 5 years off and on. Many believe this was because he had such a pretty face. Even so, Silas did not flaunt himself. He doesn’t speak of his job title but during those 5 years Sattel and him grew stronger bonds and became a couple. Sattel and Silas even traveled and visited many places. At the age of 18, Silas proposed to Sattel who was only 16 at the time, and were married 6 months later. Sattel also a Skiddo always urged Silas to evolve since he was fully capable of doing so but his love for his wife, he would not until it was her time to also evolve as well.
Silas was a romantic and would always bring flowers to his wife on any given day for no reason and took pride and joy calling Sattel his wife. Soon both found out they were going to have a baby. Even though they were both young, at the ages of 17 and 19, both Silas and Sattel welcomed a little girl into the world, Ginger. Overcome by emotions Silas broke down at the new little one within his arms and cried from peer joy. He and his wife settled down and Silas took less jobs and stayed more at home as he watched his daughter grow with his wife. However, 2 years after the birth of his daughter, he was asked to meet with a colleague in the Unova region.
The money was well worth is and he would only be gone a maximum of seven days. After much thought and discussion with his wife, Silas and his best friend Aero, a Honedge, went out. Nevertheless as they say, all good things must come to an end.
Aero and Silas were unsuccessful on their end and once returning to the Empire, Silas’s life took a turn for the worse. Upon arrival to his home which he was ready to celebrate his daughters 2-year birthday that day, the entire estate was up in flames. Horrified, Silas ran into the flames as he heard the screaming of his wife and daughter. He was able to manage to heal any wounds with a synthesis attack as he made his way into the flames from Hell but as soon as he was able to make his way upstairs the screams were no more. Silas stood there at the top of stairs surrounded by blue flames, that had engulfed the usual orange, staring as a black and blue Charizard man, also known as a Mega. Without any hesitation, he charged at Silas grabbing Silas by the face with his bare hands. Even though he tried to fight back, the Charizard overpowered him and burnt Silas’s face not letting go of the poor goat.
Immediately, Aero came rushing in and was able to slash the Mega Charizard’s left wing and forcing him to let Silas go. Aero stood guard over Silas who was screaming in pain as his face began to burn. Instantly the Charizard took off. Aero quickly grabbed Silas and as soon as he did so, the floor below collapsed beneath them. The swordsman carried Silas out as fast as he could and brought him to safety as others treated to Silas who fainted from the attack.
After two weeks, Silas awoke in a hospital. Unaware of his surrounding Silas forced himself to the bathroom to disrobe and get dressed to find his wife and daughter. However, as he looked in the mirror, he became horrified by how scarred his face had become and disfigured. He immediately broke down as doctors and nurses came to his aide. The only thing they could do for him was to bandage his face. As Silas sat in his bed, Aero was the first one to visit him in the hospital. As Silas listened to Aero who never mentioned anything about the fire, Silas in a rage threw Aero against the wall with his horns to Aero’s neck asking where Sattel and Ginger were. Swallowing orders and his pride, Aero had informed Silas that both had died in the fire. Hearing that his wife and his two-year-old daughter never made it out of the fire, Silas broke down.
As he stood with the bandages over his face at the funeral for both of his loved ones, Silas’s demeanor changed that day as the sky cried for his loved ones. Even though his co-workers and friends gave him their best wishes, Silas began to slowly distance himself from the others.
He moved into an apartment building in the Empire with Aero, and began his new job as a grounds keeper. It has been now 3 years since the accident, and Silas has taken a leave of absence recently from his work to find new herbs and other natural thing to create ointments for treating any types of disease.
