The new and improved Evil Angel.

Feeling like you're being watched, you slow down your pace as you travel through a forest. Everything is silent, even the chilly breeze doesn't make the trees rustle. No animals are anywhere to be found.
A sharp pain enters your arm. You feel stunned as two men approach you. Lying on your stomach, you try to move or even scream, but you're paralyzed.
"We'll take care of you." The obviously older man smiles, vampiric fangs poking out from his lips.
"You'll like it here."

All The Myths Are True

Ethan
Akane was a strange girl. An alluring one at that. The way she whispered in my ear had caught my attention unlike most girls before. The warmth of her breath on my neck and the way her lips skimmed my ear had me feeling quite... intrigued.
Two could play at this game.
I stood up from my spot on the table after placing the flower back into it's vase. Akane had her head cocked to the side, almost in a deceivingly innocent way. Her eyes were intently gazing at me, batting her long lashes. I smirked. She was waiting for me to show her more. Oh, I would show her more, alright. (; (lolwat)
Approaching her, I placed my index finger under her chin and tilted her gaze upwards.
"There's much more to see, if you'd like." Narrowing my eyes, I looked at her with charming eyes. My lips were parted only slightly as I spoke.
The corners of her mouth turned up in an amused grin. I wanted nothing more than to shock her. To see her being the charmed one. And while that seemed a bit difficult, I might add that I'm up for such a challenge.
My hands wandered. One to the small of her back, nudging her closer. The other to the base of her skull. I dipped her slightly and allowed my lips to press against hers. I could feel myself smile into the kiss.
After steadying her, I grinned and began to head to the door, looking behind me at her. Casually, I paused a the door. Mocking her innocent look from before, I spoke.
"I thought you'd like to see even more wondrous things." I smirked triumphantly.
(Ack sorry if this post is a little crazy. I just wanted to be a little more interesting than my usual. Plus I'm hyper as hell so haha.)

Forever
Our fingers were intertwined and found their way on my chest. From all of the excitement, I'm certain that Setsu could feel my heart racing under his hand. Which in a way, I liked. Because that way, my heart could speak the words I didn't know how to say. It could express to him how much he already means to me.
His other hand ran through my hair and I couldn't help but smile. I slowly opened my eyes to see that he had fallen into the same happy place that I was in. It was strange to feel so close to someone. So close to them that I would be devastated if something were to happen to him. I let out a deep exhale, but a calming one. No, I wouldn't allow myself to think such thoughts. Setsu is strong and powerful, and I know that he would always be okay.
I pulled his hand to my lips, or where they are under my mask and pressed them to his knuckles. Then I carefully placed our hands back on my chest and smiled.

BrokenTear
After leading her to the kitchen quietly, I thought about Yuki's question. About what that place was. I blinked, realizing that the others may also want to know. That it wasn't fair to forbid them entrance and never tell my guests why.
I gestured to the kitchen, "normally Erela would be in here around this time." I mumbled aloud and glanced at the clock. Almost nine in the afternoon.
"Feel free to eat anything in here." I shrugged, "though Erela is typically cleaning in here at this time."
My mouth was moving without me really keeping track of what I had said. I was still so dazed about hearing Alyssa's voice. I could barely bring myself to look at Yuki without seeing a part of her that reminded me of my lost lover.
After Yuki had found herself a snack, the two of us sat outside in the balcony for a breath of fresh air. The tree branches swayed with the light breeze.
"Yuki. " I found myself speaking. But this time I was conscious of what I was saying. She averted her attention to me.
"That place..." I spoke, keeping my eyes to the trees, "is a dungeon, where I keep the souls of previous residents." I confessed, "among those souls are angry spirits. There are tormented souls because I played torture games with some of my prisoners. Or rather my other side did."
I exhaled sharply, "and that dungeon is also the place of my wife and daughter and the last set of outcasts that lived here. I love them all so much. I won't let them rest. I can't let them go."
I was silent as the faces of my daughter and wife faded into my mind. Tears threatened to fall from my eyes but I took in a breath and shook it off.
"That's why I don't let anyone down there. I'm afraid of any of you getting hurt. I'm afraid... I'm afraid you'll see that I won't let them go and you'll realize that I am a terrible person."
I held my tongue and awaited her reaction.

(Sorry I took so long to reply. >.< I've been having creativity issues LOL)

Different

The first room we came into was the library. To be honest, I wasn't much of a reader. At one point in my life, I had spent quite a bit of time in a place similar to this. I had been dating a nerd, and he liked to bring me into different libraries and read to me.

I touched the spine of one of the books that popped out to me. He used to pull me into his lap to read to me. In fact, the only books I had ever finished were those he had read to me in completion. He had once said he liked educating me, taking me to fantasy worlds. Is there anything more romantic than that? he had asked.

I hadn't stepped foot in a library since. I turned from the book that had caught my attention and faced the man before me. His attention was on a rose in a vase on the table.

"Are you going to show me the rest of this place, or did you want to continue to stare at that flower?" I smirked, shifting my weight onto one hip, my arms folded beneath my breasts.

He smirked back slightly, "I thought I was just following behind you."

"You don't want me to lead, I might lead you some place you don't wish to go, and you'll regret it." I thought of all the people I had hurt in the past. I never really regretted. They knew what they were getting into, who I was. But this one, he had never met me before, and I felt a warning was only appropriate.

"I can take care of myself," he replied, his eyes never left my own.

I walked over to him, leaning forward so that I was inches from his ear. "You have no idea what I'm capable of." And he didn't. I could be anyone, do anything. And he'd never know.

He took the opportunity to whisper into my ear as well, "That goes both ways."

He was right, of course. I had no clue what he was or what abilities, if any, he possessed. He was a mystery to me, not someone I was able to read as easily as the other men I had been with. He was different. I didn't yet know how, I just knew it to be true.

Sweet Disappointment

Setsuna

I blinked with slight shock when Forever lay his head in my lap, a slight blush cropping up onto my cheeks, but the sweet smile he conveyed with his eyes pulled me from my shock, and I smiled back at him just as sweetly, quietly pleased that he'd be so comfortable with me.

He reached up with closed eyes, and though I mourned the loss of his attentive eyes, the feel of his fingers on my skin more than made up for it. It was feather-soft and teasing, but conveyed a lot of joy and light, happy to hear what I said. The smile twitched when his hand dropped to my collarbone, and I felt my heart jump and squeeze painfully.

With a smile and quick motion of my arm, his hand was caught in my own, and I lightly kissed his fingertips before settling our hands on his chest, right above his heart. Feeling a little dazed and bold, I ran the fingers of my other hand through his hair, softer than even an angels wings.

I was enjoying having him around, and having the burning sensation he brought with the slightest touch, and enjoying the peace I felt here. I drifted into the alternate reality and felt along the shadows until I discovered the new presence, the one that had Ethan's attention. I shifted my focus to the boy in my lap and smiled peacefully, not caring one bit at the new arrival. Forever was a bigger priority anyways.

Yuki

"Thank you" Brokentear said softly, and I felt my heart squeeze and shudder at those words. I didn't deserve them, not when I was the reason we were in here to begin with, not when my curiosity had put Brokentear and myself in jeopardy. Sophie always said I was too curious for my own good.

'Sophie' My heart twisted and flinched even more at the thought of her, and I looked around the room, hoping that she wasn't here, even though I logically knew that she wouldn't be. I focused on our surroundings and scanned the area, still feeling uncomfortable, but for multiple reasons. Brokentear probably didn't even realize it, but he'd been momentarily disappointed when he'd seen me, as if I wasn't who he'd wanted to see, and for some odd reason the thought hurt.

Still, I didn't convey these thoughts in neither action nor through my voice when I spoke. "What is this place?" I questioned, wanting to know where I'd brought us. When Brokentear looked pained by the question, I shook my head and turned away, following the stream of light on the floor to the door. "Never mind," I chirped, pushing in false cheerfulness, "Let's just get out of here and find the kitchen, I'm still hungry."

I turned to the male behind me with an over-exuberant smile and tugged lightly on his hand, hiding the mature woman I am behind the childish-kid I looked like with ease.

Reach

(I apologize in advance if this post sucks. I had it all typed out and then my phone decided it would be a cute idea to erase everything I had typed. And I was so proud of it, too. t(;-;) I'm quite angry right now. LOL)

Ethan
After revealing her name, Akane started to head over to the castle doors. I allowed my fingertips to touch where she had kissed me. I blinked twice as I watched her walk with a confident sway to her hips. The aura about her was much different to me but similar to Yuki's. Akane was a strange one to me and I wasn't quite sure of what to make of her yet. But I think that's why she was so fascinating to me.
She only paused to look at me after placing her hands on the door handles. I caught up with her then spoke, with a subtly cautious tone, "Akane. I feel it's only fair to tell you that once you step foot in this castle, you may not be able to leave."
After a moment, she tossed her head back to let out an airy laugh. Mocking my concern for her as she stepped inside.
"Okay well, I guess I'll show you around now that your fate has been decided." I mumbled, feeling a but intimidated by her.
We had entered the castle through the back door and now had somehow ended up in a library setting. I only vaguely recognized it. Erela rarely entered this room, and being not much of a reader, it was only to dust and keep things tidy.
I gestured to it with a slight grin, "this is the library, Akane." I glanced around to see that we were the only two present in the large room. I found myself sitting on the edge of a table, sniffing a red rose this time that had been placed in a vase. It wasnt wilted in the least so I imagined that it must have been freshly picked.
"What do you know? There's some kind of love in this hellish place." I mumbled a thought aloud.

Forever
"Please believe me when I say that I would not lie to you, not for anything or anyone. You really are an angel in disguise, and I'm quite pleased to tell you so."
Setsuna was winning me over and over and over again. I could feel his sweet words wrapping around my heart and taking it away to a far wonderful place. He was stealing me and I didn't mind one bit.
Speechless, I just fell on to his lip with a nervous chuckle. I rested my head on his thighs and looked up at him with a soft smile. I hoped that he could see it in my eyes.
"I... wow..." I tried to come up with something but I was so dazed by his romantic nature and charm that my mind was entirely blank. I closed my eyes and reached up, touching his face with my fingertips and running then down his jawline. I hoped that somehow my affection and emotions were reaching them from my touch. My hand fell and rested on his collarbone. My skin was on fire and tingled with something strange but I felt that I enjoyed it.

BrokenTear
"BrokenTear."
A voice echoed in my mind. It sounded familiar. A lot like a woman who had loved me quite a long time ago. She sounded ever so calming and concerned, but with that playful edge that she never lost. Upon hearing the voice all I wanted to do was hold her in my arms and never let her go. Never let the cruel hands of death ever touch her again.
Orange. An orange light tinted the darkness as the voice spoke once more. I wanted to hear her voice forever. Even if it meant keeping myself in this dark place. In this place that was devouring me alive. My skin crawled as it felt like sharp claws were digging down my spine. I could feel blood trickling from my mouth.
But it didn't matter, as long as her voice was around.
"Focus. Light. See? The dark isn't so bad when there's hope for light. It's not suffocating, not drowning, not trying to pull you under, because the light keeps it at bay. Come on, don't you want to see what's on the otherside of the light? Don't you want to see life again?" Her voice was so soothing but it was pleading me to open my eyes and return to life.
And though I longed to stay here, I opened my eyes to see Yuki crouched in front of me.
"Can you get up?"
I answered her with a grunt as I picked myself up. The world around me was still slightly swaying but at a rate I could handle. My entire body felt heavy.
I looked down at her, feeling mentally upset that Yuki was the voice I heard. Not my beloved Alyssa's.
Still grateful, I met Yuki's eyes, "thank you." I spoke softly, feeling so drained and weak.

Meanings

"I think the better question is, who might you be?" the blonde boy replied as a grin broke out across his lips, pulling his lips back to expose his pearly whites. "I might be called Ethan. Or I might not be. Though I'm almost certain that I am."...
