Personality: She is quiet, but not out of shyness. She is just pretty observant and reserved, usually only carries on conversations with Shori and finds conversation with others a pointless endeavor. Now, if she believes she should invoke her opinion, she is not afraid to do so. She is very smart, but never really applies herself. She hates the fact that her parents chose to send her to the academy, and only agreed to go because Shori would be there with her. They hoped she would become more social by being with others of her kind and close to her age...but she really doesn't care to try.
Relationship with Shori: They are inseparable and have been from a VERY young age. Their families knew each other very well(being of the "moon" clans--there are certain circumstances), the children met at one of the many random and boring parties thrown by their parents, and ever since they met have never been away from one other. Shimei depends on Shori for everything...she is very clingy to him and jealous if anyone tries to keep them apart...in a frighteningly fierce way. They are so comfortable together, they can often be found laying on one another, or just cuddling up together.
Quirks: Shimei has an intense love for black cats. She adores them and can often be found carrying a plush vampire cat Shori got for her. It's one of her most prized possessions. She may randomly blurt out a Nyaa when she's happy, or hiss at people she doesn't like.
Fighter?!: Yes, Shimei is a very strong vampire. Though she may not look it, she is from a noble family, and has thus been trained in several aspects of their lineage. She can be very frightening if she is angered. A rare occurrence as she has a usually blase and nonchalant attitude on things...plus, Shori always makes sure she doesn't reach the point where she can be angered...he is the only one who has ever witnessed her in her fullest rage.
Past: She's originally from Rome and has lived the typical pampered life of a noble. Because of this she can seem a bit distant and cruel, but altogether she has the type of view as such "Live and Let Live" she really doesn't meddle or interfere in the lives of others, unless they mess with her first. She has no interest in humans. Her only source of nourishment is Shori, and she is his.
