I just love these Pokemon theories. This one is particularly interesting.
There's a theory that states that N could be Zoroark, and it actually makes sense! Hear me out... Since I'm bad at explaining in paragraphs, I'll just use bullet points.
- Zoroark has an illusion ability, which means it can look like a human.
- N and Zoroark both have a similar hair style.
- N claims he can talk to Pokemon. Obviously, Zoroark is a pokemon and can communicate with them as well as humans.
- Zoroark is capable of human speech, but speaks quickly. N speaks the fastest of any character in the game.
- N's real parents are unknown, Ghetsis adopted him.
- Even though Ghetsis is not N's real father, their hair is almost the same, possibly meaning that Zoroark tried to mimic him.
- Even though N is "human" he distrusts other humans.
- To me, this is what is most important.
Zoroark is leading player to N's Castle and immediately disappears. After getting to Castle, there is only N. Zoroark doesn't show up anymore. Notice that N doesn't have Zoroark in his team, so he couldn't hide it into Pokeball.[source for quote]

I think it's a very strong possibility that N is in fact a Pokemon.
