Soooo....I'm already getting a smidge behind on my plan. WHOOPS. XD;;; BUT UM...ANYWAYS....
Before I post the new topic I was gonna write what I personally believe about the last discussion...
The question I posed was, "Is it possible to be an anime fan and a Christian?"
AND
the answer is yes. :)
I believe as long as what you are watching does not compromise your values then it's acceptable.
Don't let anyone tell you that you can't enjoy anime and be a good Christian.<3

Goals/Discussion

So, my goals for this blog is not only for all of you to post more stuff here. (If you are not a guest poster and want to be let me know)
I also want to make a personal goal for myself to post here twice a week. One post will be a "devotional" like post where I will post Bible verses or videos and stuffs. :D
The second post? I want to make discussions that ANYONE can participate with, even non-Christians. I want to start a conversation. I want to choose even the most controversial topics. SO...when life occurs and marriage will be on the agenda. Some of the discussions will be related to anime and so forth.

So, in the nifty little comment box I want you to tell me what topics you would like to talk about. Maybe it's something that's been on your mind or something you have concern about. Or maybe you just think is interesting. tell me and I'll add it to my list.

Let's open up this week with a question that may be easy to answer....

Do you think it's possible to be a proper Christian and still love anime, even with all it's faults (like 18+ stuff, the over sexualized women, violence, ect.)? Explain.

When I make my next discussion post I'll pick out key ideas people have posted and contribute my own posts.

Happy St. Valentine's Day<3

OK! So...Many of you on here are probably like me.
You're going to spend Valentine's Day alone. IT IS OK. :)
God has enough love for you that He will get you the love you are looking for.

Our God is different than any other god in any other religion. Our God is a God that loves. Love is not something scientifically measured and it is something that science cannot explain. That is proof that God exists because there is no scientific reason to love someone. If you only believe in science people would choose someone to be with based on whether or not they have good genetics. And you would most definitely NOT have a homosexual couple, due to the fact same sex cannot reproduce.

So, there has to be something there...something more that makes people love. That is God. God loves us very much and made us in His image, thus we love as He does. We are to love Him and each other.

Do not ever forget that God loves you. He made YOU for a reason. He has a plan for you. He made woman come from the man's side, so that they will create one whole person. There is someone out there for you, do not despair. :)
