Brief history: Originally from France. During the French Revolution (when he was still human), a vampire tried to transform him into a vampire, however, something went wrong, giving him some of the abilities of a vampire (he doesn't age, and he has to drink blood), yet letting him keep some of his human qualities. Never stays in one place for more than a few years. Used to work for a circus.
