So yesterday I wake up and go to the bathroom. I'm still half-asleep and planning to go back to bed. All of a sudden, I hear a scream from the downstairs bathroom and a series of loud thumps. My dad is a fall risk, so the family's often prepared to jump at a moment's notice to help. I screamed because I was scared for my mother and jumped off the toilet and ran down the stairs. After I found out no one needed to go to the hospital, I relaxed. All of a sudden, though, I felt this shooting pain go through my right hip joint. I normally have issue with swelling joints and the hip is one of worse ones. I don't know if I pulled something on way way down or if it was soreness from work the previous day or a combination of the two, but the pain was pretty darn bad.
So now I'm taking leftover anti-inflammtories from my tennis elbow incident to help with the pain. I gotta go to work today and tomorrow, so that'll be fun...
On another note, I finished the 3rd CG for Elemental: Seven Minutes in Heaven. Making fair progress. At an average of two CGs per character there's gonna be almost if not exactly 30 of them. So that'll take roughly a month. After that, hopefully putting it all together goes smoothly. I'd theorize it'd take about a week to do, so I'll guess two weeks to give a time cushion. Not sure if I should bother coming up with original text boxes and buttons, though. It'd add something, sure, but it IS my first visual novel...
Well, I can start sketching the next CG now before work to get a head-start. Monday we're going to go to a veteran memorial cemetery to visit my grandpa for Father's Day. Unfortunately I couldn't call off because they'd already put up the schedule the next day I went to work =I
Anywho, I'm really happy with how each of these artworks is going and it's giving me more of a confidence boost in my art skills and style =) So long as I don't look at any amazing artwork for the next month, that's should hold nicely =eUe= *smacked* Sorry about no art updates in the meantime, it's best to save the CGs as a surprise later =3 I'll still keep you guys updated, though~! <3
