Getting Organized

So I've been sorta holding off on new art because of a few events. Was spending my time designing a logo, business cards, and a flyer for my mother because she participated ina craft show.

Also, I recently paid off my first Fingerhut purchase, so now I'm approved for credit. I decided to buy a new bed frame since my box spring is 20+ years old and probably full of DEATH. And since my mattress is maybe almost 15 years old, I'm getting a memory foam mattress from Amazon. Also thinking about getting a couple of 3 shelf units so I can organize all my miscellany. Though that's gonna put quite a punch to my account =>.<= But these are things overdue. I had to buy something on Fingerhut to build some credit. Without that, it'd be kinda hard to get a car or anything. I put off getting a credit card for a long time because I always kinda thought credit cards were synonymous with debt. In a way they are, but it's only really bad if you can't keep up with the payments. So if you're responsible with your credit spending, you shouldn't hurt your score too much. I read as a general rule, it's a good idea to spend no more than 30% of your overall limit. If you go over that, you can pay just enough to bring it below that before the first report goes out. So if you had a limit of $500, you shouldn't spend too much more than $150 at a time. That's maybe 10% of your overall credit score, though and what's most important is making payments on time.

Sorry about the rant, I may be half asleep. But since I've got several days off, I'm gonna focus on straightening up and making room for the new bed things. After that, I'll likely be working on revamping Fear to Love for this Medibang manga contest. If I don't win, it'll be up on Tapastic after July.
