HOLY MACKREL! 50,000 WORDS NANO MAN!!!

i AM SUCH A GEEK xp

To get to the point, this year I signed up for the NaNoWriMo and for the past seven days I've been batting my brains out on an original story I created half a year ago and was doing nothing with, I'd call it lack of motivation but others will insist it's this foreign word called lazyness...

*cough* Anyway I was introduced to a concept I'd never heard of before by my sis, it was a website that challenges people to reach a self made goal of about 50,000 words for a randomly made on the spot novel. Crazy? I thought so until she introduced me to a concept when writing stories called
"Banishing The Inner Editor". Or not letting yourself look back on what youv'e done and correcting it for sake of self pride or something that makes people jittery when they make a mistake while typing stories.

Well, since I'm generally open minded to possibilities, I decided to give it a go and see where it would take me.

To put it bluntly, on the seventh day I came out seeing the light during that dark dark moment where I didn't have my inner editor telling me what should go where in a story...
Well now I think I might have to put a leash on my self critique more often, cause I hit the 50,000 mark and went beyond it in a fit of happiness =^^=

Although me and my sis plan on going for the bigger reach (she did the nano last year), if we were both able to pop out 50 thou in a week we might be able to shoot for more word counts and get our stories out as novels after an intense clean up when the month of November ends.

So to end this spastic blog I'd like to do the one thing all people who have done the nano do when they get to where they wanna be in the form of 50k

Sleep =^^=

"Her" Secret

'Her' Secret.

Fai was an unusual person. The group knew this much by the constant things he did in the way of humor, yet Sakura was certain there was something deeper about the way Fai made his personality stand out against the others. Well, except for Syaoran. Sakura knew from the start the boy her age was a gifted something or other.

It was only after a short while that Sakura began to have an inkling that Fai was hiding something more about his psyche than he let on. Whatever it was though, it was very important and disguised by the near invisible emotional scars that Sakura glimpsed on rare occasions.

Whatever it was he was hiding, she secretly wished it wouldn't become something the others knew about too soon because of how obvious it was that Fai planned on keeping it all to himself.

For now.

So that day, on the latest world they traveled to, her fears came to be realized when Kurogane suddenly hit his hand on the table they sat at in an open restaurant, knocking over a bottle of sake he'd been drinking from and startling the group from their dining.

"I know what the hell you've been hiding this whole time, you crazy mage!" The ninja slurred.

At first Fai stayed dangerously still, like the Medusa had caught him in her gaze.

Sakura gasped and opened her mouth to say something to defend him but Kurogane got there first.

"Your a woman aren't you?!"

Sakura dead panned.

Instead of defending himself, Fai layed his head in his hand and smiled mockingly at the ninja. "And what gave you that idea? Have you been peeking at me while I change?"

Kurogane blanched something off white and went into an angry stupor. "Dumb ass! I outta beat you senseless, if you had any sense to begin with!"

Fai made himself look morally crushed. "Oh, Kuro-tan! You'd actually hit a lady?"

Mokona twittered about how mean Kurogane was while food went flying, which led to the four of them being booted from the restaurant.

Fin. (or to be continued if the plot bunnies so declare)
